Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)

A cozy quiet get away spot. Safe with bikes and easy walks to restaurants and beaches . One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.
