The place is cozy and friendly … garden is a good disconnect from busy city life , surrounding is clam, you can find supermarket and fruits shop very close by.. water in the toilet was a challenge but in general it was a described Waseem was helpful and replying quickly to our messages I would repeat it

It was truly a private, peaceful, and perfect place to escape from everyday life and relax. The heated pool was great, allowing for a swim in the morning and evening. Mahmoud was always kind and responsive to the customers' needs. The hot water worked well, and the kitchen and living room were spacious, making the stay very comfortable. Abdo, who supported us during our stay, was also very kind and did his best to meet all our needs. Thanks to them, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you!

Nice and cozy place. Just as the pictures and the instructions are clear. The host is responsive. it's as advertised. wifi is available and fast. smart tv with phone casting. The bed mattress is so comfortable. Sheets are clean and smelled nice. The whole place looked clean. I liked the bedroom view as well. It wasn't blocked by other buildings. The only thing that I thought it would make the place better is the trash pick up times are not set, the trash would he left outside for long time, for other neighboring apartments as well. The bathroom shower area is not separated from the rest of the bathroom so the water will go everywhere. Not that of a big deal, but just keep note of it. Other than that the place is nice and the location is very convenient. Shops nearby are walking distances. and I will definitely be booking here again or trying other apartments provided by the same host👍🏼.

Perfect Spot in El Gouna This place was exactly what I needed. The condo was clean, quiet, and looked just like the photos. All the pool areas were beautiful and well-kept—great for relaxing any time of day. Everything was super convenient—laundry, a grocery store, café, and even a hair salon were just a 2-minute walk away. Made the whole stay feel easy and effortless. And the view of the Red Sea? That was the real treat. Peaceful, refreshing, and just what I came for. Check-in was smooth, and Mohamed was respectful and responsive. I’d absolutely stay here again. I’m a U.S. citizen, and this stay exceeded my expectations in every way!

We have been to Sharm other times but always in the resorts, friends have recommended Battista's house, what to say, how to stay at home. Located in a quiet area 5 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from Old Sharm, and the first attractions of Sharm. Super equipped house for any type of kitchen, spacious rooms with all the comforts and above all very clean. We also found the unimaginable waffle coffee machine (Frog) with pods from our Italian brands that Battista made us find. Quiet neighborhood without confusion, with ample outdoor space to spend nice evenings chatting. And finally Battista, a guarantee to Sharm, a friendly, friendly person who makes you feel at ease right away. He speaks very well Italian, he has always recommended places to go without spending absurd amounts, we have made several excursions with him, honest prices that you can't find elsewhere. Everything is super, thank you Battista. We'll see you soon.
