Cabin vacation rentals in Red River Gorge

We loved our stay at Hill Haven. The property is secluded and included everything we needed. Love that linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels were provided. It makes packing/traveling so much easier. We appreciated the suggestions for local restaurants and hiking trails. We would absolutely stay at Hill Haven again!

Fantastic place!! Everything was just as pictured. Steep hills to get up to the cabin but private and secluded which was awesome! Great hosts with fast response time. The bed was hard compared to what we normally sleep on. Other than that it was a perfect place!!!

This cabin is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to just get away and relax. It’s very cozy and clean. Not too far from the red river gorge and cave run lake! I highly recommend this place to anybody! The host was very responsive and the cabin was just as the pictures showed!

We had a lovely Mother's Day/My bday getaway at this gorgeous cabin! It was perfect for our little family. the outdoor area was so relaxing and peaceful, and the inside was filled with natural light and good vibes. Leah was so helpful and kind throughout the process and we really felt we were in good hands. Some of our favorite things were the hammock, the hot tub, and our son loved to yell down to the main room from up the stairs. Big fun! We loved all of it, nothing to improve, book it!

A very cozy, private cabin with a lot of amenities. Mike was extremely communicative, friendly, and gave us a few great recommendations.

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and a unique location right next to the cliff. Also, close to RRG hiking and 10-20 minutes from several restaurants. Samuel was always in communication with us, and even drove out to fix a minor issue we had. Thanks Samuel! We would stay here again. Top notch property!!

Serenity Falls was beyond amazing! The location is perfect, even though it’s a trek to get up there it’s worth it. It felt like we were the only people around and the cabin was so cozy. Hoping to be able to come back again!

This cabin is a true gem! My fiance caught multiple large bass in the pond. The secluded location provided the perfect amount of peace and quiet. A huge storm came through during our stay and the sound of the rain on the tin roof was like something out of a movie! We felt right at home, you can tell by all of the small details in decor and cleanliness that this cabin is well loved. Brittany was so kind and responsive, she even offered us an early check in! We will definitely be planning another trip to this perfect cabin in the future!

WOW where to start! I absolutely loved this cabin it’s extremely beautiful and tranquil, this has been one of the best places we have stayed everything you would ever want pictures don’t do justice A+++ Thank you for the stay!

The place is a Gem!! we loved all the different types of birds we were able to watch. the place was all we expected and more! we saw a turkey walking up the road. No one around to bother us. It was an absolutely great experience! I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to get away from the city!! Mark even left us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! 10/10 this was absolutely amazing

My friends and I had an amazing weekend! The cabin was super cosy. I loved the layout. David was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a blast using the hot tub and golf cart. I would definitely stay at this cabin again.

We actually didn’t get to stay due to several unfortunate events this week but Margo was really communicative with us and very understanding when I messaged her. She had gotten the place ready for us with party lights and everything! Bummed that we had to miss it but I look forward to trying again soon!

Nice and very secluded. Cabin was clean and as described. Hot tub was perfect after a day of adventuring.

I enjoyed my stay. It was exactly what I needed, somewhere pet friendly and close to the Red River Gorge area to go to some of the trails there. We hiked in the mornings and chilled at the cabin at night. We did walk a couple trails on the property and it was a nice clear path to walk my dog. Grocery store is near by, downtown Beattyville. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area to book this place.

This is an amazing place. The location is perfect as it's tucked away and private, except for the occasional person zooming past on the nearby zipline. The house is spacious for larger groups to get together and have fun with its large open room and huge decks that surround the house. At the same time, it has many tucked away areas for guests to separate if needed, with multiple entrances to boot. There are also quite a few activities that are close by to keep everyone entertained.

It was a great place to stay pool is on smaller side but worked great with the two kids. Game room was great had fun playing shuffle board and cornhole. All the arcade games worked. Hot tub was great and had a nice set up by the pool. Fenced in pool/lounge area. Not many outside bugs and only had a some ants but that is expected staying in the country. We had the toilet handle break just from wear and tear and they sent a plumber out first thing next day to fix it. Great response time from the host. Over all a great place close enough to red river gorge to explore. Will be a place we stay at again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bear Branch Cabin! The style and furnishings were beautiful—cozy, modern, and thoughtfully put together, making it feel like a true getaway. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. We had one quick question during our stay, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and stylish retreat!

Beautiful location and great communication. The cabin was clean and cozy. The kids loved the loft and felt like they had their own little apartment. Plenty of beds for our family. Hot tub was relaxing. Great place to get away from it all!

Harry & Jill's Dragonfly Inn Cabin was BEAUTIFUL! The Cabin itself was stunning and the views were incredible! The back deck opens up to the expanse of the sky.... As we were stargazing last night, we saw many satellites and even a huge shooting star! The beds are very comfortable... we actually looked forward to going to bed bc they were so comfy! Great linens, great pillows, lots of extra (nice) blankets... you will be comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked and we found everything we needed for all of our meals. I suggest bringing some aluminum foil and some zip lock baggies for leftovers. Dining table seats 10, and it a nice big beautiful wooden table perfect for family or friend dinners. We had 8 adults in the cabin and we were very comfortable. We had a "small issue" with the hot tub on our first night, but they sent over someone to fix it within about 5 minutes. Harry and Jill are super responsive. You will not be disappointed if you rent this cabin...it's perfection!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful. Everything was spotless and the communication from Shane was great with clear instructions leading up to and during our stay. They really make it easy to enjoy your stay in their house. The house is well stocked with everything you need and we found ourselves spending more time at the cabin instead of venturing out like we normally do on our visits to RRG because of how nice the cabin is. We were admittedly a little nervous about the need for 4x4 and how difficult it would be to find the cabin. The cabin was easy to find and the drive in was not nearly as treacherous as we imagined, but the need for 4WD is not optional. We saw and heard several cars get stuck trying to climb the steepest hill. The roads are gravel and are starting to get washed away from poor drainage, but any vehicle with 4WD will not have any trouble navigating them. I can't recommend this house more and I hope we get to come back and stay here again soon.

Our stay here was amazing! We had a very large group (16 people) and the house had plenty of space and very open common spaces for everyone to be together. We were hiking most of the time (this was a convenient location to get to multiple trailheads), but between the hot tub and all of the games, I’m sure you could spend plenty of time in the house. The instructions to get to the house are detailed and easy to follow. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and grilling utensils, just be sure to bring things like coffee, seasonings, oil, butter, etc. We’d definitely stay here again!
