Brand new flat with large balcony in Copacabana!

There are over 200 very positive reviews! ;) In Copa (practically Bairro Peixoto), on Rua Santa Clara. It's 5 minutes from the beach. Renovated flat with large balcony and view of Corcovado! It's beautiful, with a Smart TV, air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, new bedding and towels, open kitchen. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a closet with hangers and a desk. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed. In the case of a family with a baby, we have a portable crib. Pet friendly (just let us know and keep it clean)!

Note: Copacabana is one of the oldest neighborhoods, with most of its buildings being old. The building dates back to the 1930s, and is in the process of being restored to its best form.

New apartment with balcony in all rooms and beautiful side view of the Ipanema sea. Two independent en-suites, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a standard double bed. Air-conditioning in all rooms, high-end bed and bath linens, and a water purifier. For coffee lovers, two types of coffee makers, a Nespresso with a few complimentary capsules and another with a strainer and powdered coffee as a courtesy, plus tea, fruit and of course a delicious cold welcome beer!

Unbelievable PH, Leblon! Amazing view and privacy!

Unbelievable penthouse, 10 minutes walk from the beach, the best bars and restaurants on Rua Dias Ferreira, in the lower part of Leblon. This penthouse has on the second floor, a master suite overlooking the pool area and a bathroom that serves the outdoor area. A suite on the first floor with a sliding door to the living room, an American kitchen complete with a laundry area and a small suite for employees. Building with 24-hour concierge and one parking spot.

The living area features a comfortable grey sofa adorned with decorative pillows, positioned near large glass doors that open to a balcony. A coffee table and two orange chairs are visible on the balcony, while framed artwork decorates the walls, adding a contemporary touch.
