The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's apartment. My husband, son, and I spent nearly three weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is located on the top floor of a six-story building with a concierge, in a lovely and central neighborhood. It's quiet, spacious, and features a terrace with stunning views of the mountains. The apartment is very well-suited for longer stays, with convenient amenities like a washer/dryer. The only small suggestion we have is to add a few more kitchen items, such as a salad bowl and an extra frying pan. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Santiago!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!
