Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

With a cozy and maritime decor, you can have a wonderful vacation in a rural setting, within easy reach of the North Sea. Many enjoy the green surroundings and yet the proximity to shops. With its blue shutters and regionally typical thatchers, the house fits into the pristine nature of East Frisia. From here, the charm of the area can be explored extremely well.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).
