Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Unsere frisch renovierte, große Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines historischen Vierkanthofes. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit toller Aussicht und Kamin, übergehend in ein offenes Wohnzimmer, sowie zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und Kleiderschrank. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Ein Parkplatz und ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten gehört dazu.

Wir teilen uns den Hauseingang , danach geht es für Gäste hoch in die separate Ferienwohnung. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Aktuelles zur Flut von 2021: wir liegen auf dem Berg und waren nicht betroffen. Alle Straßen in der Umgebung sind mittlerweile wieder befahrbar.
