This 70 m2 air-conditioned cottage consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. Its interior of 60 m² really cozy in three levels, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. Downstairs, a nice dining kitchen is equipped with a toilet. On the first level, a sitting area TV and reading, on the last level a nice bedroom with bed 160 and a beautiful bathroom. A magnificent stone staircase connects the different levels.

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed and a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. Please note: there is no air conditioning in hot weather.
