La Fabrique, 100 m2 Loft

Named "the great factory", the Rives paper mill perfectly illustrates the industrial architecture of paper production in the 18th and 19th centuries. Come and visit the loft that bears its name, in this old stationery shop renovated with care and refinement. The loft is 100 m2 on the ground, with a spacious living room and a 5m ceiling. It has three bedrooms and four double beds. The renovation was carried out while preserving the charm of the old and the authentic.
