Outside there are several terraces with sitting areas and a private pool with sun loungers. Rayol is a unique picturesque place by the sea with unique bays and beaches.

Situé entre St Tropez(25km) et Lavandou (10km) au coeur du golf, au pied de la corniche des Maures, à 2km des commerces du village du Rayol.

Appartement de 60 m2, électroménager, au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison adossée à la colline, en contrebas de la route. L'accès se fait par un escallier de 80 marches. Sans vis à vis, jardin, piscine, barbecue, vue panoramique sur la grande bleue, les iles du Levant et de Port Cros. Endroit très calme situé entre le Lavandou et Cavalaire, plages et commerces à proximité. La piscine non privative est à partager avec les propriétaires. Les enfants de moins de 12 ans ne sont pas acceptés.

La villa Casa Rosa est située sur le terrain privé, familial et boisé des Roches Blanches, à 150 mètres à pied de la plage du Canadel - accès par escaliers privatifs dans la partie basse du terrain. La maison est orientée plein sud avec vue sur la mer et les Iles d'Or. La cuisine est ouverte sur le séjour qui lui même donne sur une terrasse couverte orientée sud. La villa peut accueillir 6 à 8 personnes selon la saison. Les locations sont à la semaine, du samedi au samedi.

The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!
