Vacation rentals with a patio in Raynes Park, Greater London

Very good place, perfect for staying a few days or a longer period of time. The internet is very good and all the facilities were working fine. The support staff is extremely helpful and always answer very fast. I recommend this place very much!

Firstly the property was well maintained clean and good one. Wifi was working very good and fast. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. Hardly 3 minute to local bus stop from where you can get onto bus number: 200 and then go to colliers wood railway station(underground) and you can travel to anywhere in London. Also 7-8 minutes walk to tram. You have a cash machine and londis grocery shop just 3 minutes away from the property. You can use uber eats for delivery of food and it was good. Overall the stay was pleasant and happy. Definitely recommend the place , mainly because of cost effective and transport facilities and cleanliness and good host.

Excellent apartment just off the beaten track. Very quiet even though it’s on ground floor. Exactly like the description. Free parking right outside the door after a certain time. Very good pubs/restaurants/supermarkets walking distance away. Would 100% recommend. We will be back.

My Air BnB experience at Sacha’s apartment was excellent. It had a high quality kitchen, spotless bathroom, great lounge with clean new furniture & excellent WiFi, making it the perfect layout for food, relaxation and work. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable with clean linen and fresh towels provided. All of these amenities were supported by a very warm interaction with the host. It was an amazing experience in London delivered by a host who understands the need for a professional accommodation service with high quality fixtures and fittings. Sacha’s immaculate preparation and hard work resulted in minimal fuss for me during my stay and provided me with an exceptional accommodation experience - pitch perfect for a traveller on business.

Gurmin and Ares were very quick to respond to any questions I had when checking in. The property is in a nice, quiet spot with good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property is clean and modern, good TV in the living area. The kitchen and bathroom are both very good, the shower has good pressure and is nice and hot. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This is a super fun place. The hot tub is great and so is the vintage games machine. My husband loved it. Mac is very responsive, polite and helpful. It's a great location and the bedrooms are generous for London.

Really enjoy our stay, gutted I got the check out date wrong as we wanted to stay longer it was so nice, we felt so at home and I got to spend Christmas with both my girls and my family because I was able to secure this place in London so Im forever grateful to Penelope and even her patience and understanding at the end. Awesome host amazing property.

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! I will be staying again if they will have me ! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. What a gorgeous location! Right on the Thames, absolutely lovely views including swans, across from a park like setting there were numerous places inside and out to relax and soak it all in. It was fun to see the rowing teams going by and the people enjoying a boat outing. The beds weee very comfortable! The decor was charming - we felt so at home! Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed a week with my family in Sarah’s house feeling cozy, which is clean and has a nice decoration. The location is convenient, just a walk distance to station and cafes nearby.

Such an an absolute pleasure. It was in a superb location, very quiet and beautiful. The house had everything in it and it was immaculate. There was a lounge, separate dining room, fully dotted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with a brand new shower and curtains. The bathroom had everything in there. The towels were white and fluffy. The bedsheets were beautiful and smelt so fresh. Amazing gardens as well. I’m not a confident driver so I didn’t attempt to put car in the driveway. Great communication and it was instant. We even had a message to say we’ve left something in the property, so we were able to get it on our way home to Wales. I will hundred per cent stop here again in the future. Such a refreshing change to stay at a property which was described exactly, how it was. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

It's the second time we've stayed there and look forward to coming back again soon! Ideal location for us to visit family in the area for a week. Good size flat, comfy and all the amenities we need. Spilios is a great host. Proactive and always responsive. Great stay

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

I stayed for 3 nights in late Jan and I couldn’t fault the place in terms of its style, amenities and cleanliness. The location is very close to bus train and tube and so if your choice of location in London is South West, then this is a great choice!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.
