The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

Our basement apartment is bright with lots of windows and has a beautiful view of the Snowy Range mountains in the distance and is set in a neighborhood, but with nobody able to see into your space. It has been fully renovated and new. We’re looking forward to hosting and suggesting places to go during your stay. We recommend 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive in the winter.
