There are 2 apartments, here the lower small 30 sqm apartment "Fuchsbau". It is suitable for singles and couples who want to retreat and still be in the middle of things. You can relax, hike, swim, enjoy wellness, art and culture, boating and cycling.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Rosenalm resort. An elevator is provided and you can reach the apartment at ground level. The apartment has 1 room, 1 bathroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The room is equipped with a box spring bed, bed linen and towels, flat-screen TV with access to Prime Video free Wi-Fi. Spa and wellness, sauna and an indoor pool free of charge.

Heimatel Studio 6: bright, modern, cozy

Heimatel Studio 6 offers about 40 sqm of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed & 2x 90x200 sofa beds). You have beautiful views to the southwest, where the sun sets in the evening. The room is newly renovated, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and in the small kitchen you will not miss anything. Use of the pool and sauna are included in the price.

Holiday apartment with swimming hall

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the holiday center of Oberteuringen. It is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 200 cm), TV, stereo and a kitchenette with a table and 2 chairs. Minimum stay 5 nights. The apartment includes a car parking space. A Journey by car is recommended as public transport is not very well developed here.

Vacation home with garden, pool and hot tub

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
