Quiet : Not a through road, thick terrace walls for a good sleep. Kitchen come lounge with sofa bed and projector for entertainment. Your own bathroom. Kitchenette with convection microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster in large bedroom. ( If you may be offended by the sight of a motorbike in the hall please hesitate to book !!) Sleeping up to 7 guests, there's plenty of space for getaways with families or friends in our 3 bedroom home. All 3 rooms have a double bed + a single bed in the master bedroom. A generally quiet street, with friendly neighbours and a corner shop just a few doors away. Our home is located just a 10 minute drive from Swansea Bay, the Marina and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades.

Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Entire Unit. Double Bed (4ft6ins X 6ft3ins), & a single sofa bed. Single bed area with a comfy single bed. Separate Kitchen & Bathroom; Bath & Shower. Smart TV free WIFI Netflix etc. Can accommodate 4 people & travel cot (upon request). 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins to the beach, close to the New Swansea Arena and many other amenities. Set in Swansea with Cathedral Church of St Joseph and Liberty Stadium nearby, Hiks offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.The apartment comes fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. the bedroom facilities are equipped with bed linen and towels. Cheerful bright one bedroom self contained Annex with funky spiral staircase. Enter flat through private entrance into the kitchen / dining room. The spiral stairs lead up to a small double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Located in Mount Pleasant - just above Swansea city centre. Walk 12 to 15 mins down the steep hill to get to the shops, restaurants, bus station etc. Single person bookings only please.

Lovely and Spacious Home

The perfect place to stay if you are planning a hike, walk or explore the Gower and the beauty of South Wales. My house is a lovely and clean place with lots of room, and great location. The house is not ideal for small children, but perfect for teenagers. This is my current home, but it can be available with max two days notice. We have one bathroom with a bath, and an en-suite with a shower.
