Charming farmhouse on the outskirts of Nevers and Magny-Cours, yet located in a charming country village. Thanks to its proximity to the highway (5 km/3 miles), you can quickly reach Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre for wonderful winery tours, as well as Nevers. Ideal for family gatherings, you can enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool, beautiful walks in the forest, and a multi-sport field. Cozy cottage with pool and tennis court

Enjoy this charming cottage, located on a one-hectare property with a swimming pool, tennis court (damaged...) and pétanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been fully renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle with three remaining towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is available near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
