"Villa Siljan" Outstanding lake view near Rättvik C

New eight-family house/small house with about 25 m2 of living space by Lake Siljan and about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Sofa bed in the living room, measures 190x140 cm when unfolded. Sleeping loft with a 200x160 cm mattress pad (low ceiling). A folding table and 4 folding chairs are located in the house. There is a guest cottage with 2 beds which can also be rented (extra charge). Note: The sleeping loft is not suitable for young children, and the main road runs right in front of the house.

Newly built small house with lake views. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. Approximately 4 km to central Rättvik, approximately 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different music events in summer. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake views. Some nearby residential buildings, yet a quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, becomes a double bed when made up. Bedroom with 140 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The accommodation is located with a fantastic proximity and view of Siljan and right next door is a fantastic swimming area, Persborgsbrygga. Here you also live with a proximity to Rättvik city center, about 2.5 km away. Between the house and Siljan, there is a busy train track, trains pass daily and you notice it for a few seconds. The bedrooms are located in the other direction, nothing noticeable when you stay in the bedrooms.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with personal decor in Dala style. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

Perfect accommodation for a winter ski break in Dalarna. A cosy cottage neighbouring Rättviks Slalombacken (our local ski slope) just 200m away. You can almost ski in/out when heavy snow, visible from bedroom window. Great view of Lake Siljan. We are 1km away from the main beach, pier and train station. Large plot with space for cars and outdoor activities. Amenities include use of all facilities, indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit, kids play area, seating, veranda, garden.
