In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

You will stay in the 14th part of the former home of the Abbesses' Seneschal of Justice. This independent apartment, completely restored by an architect, combines the charm of a historic building with contemporary comfort. From your private terrace, you can watch the sunsets over the abbey. You are located 20 m from the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud and its museum, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the village. The banks of the Loire are a 5-minute drive away.

Fully renovated house with 3 large bedrooms ( 3 double beds and 1 single) There is one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 more upstairs, bathroom and independent toilet. A sitting area with tv and Netflix as well as satellite channel, and its fitted kitchen. Outside large terrace of about 80 m2 and small cocooning area sheltered on a plot of 493 m2 with parking spaces. I offer linens and medium-sized towels, included in the rate.
