In the village, there is a farm shop selling eggs, potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Everything is certified by the farmer in the village. The Fabriken art gallery is located in the village. In the southern part of Mellby, there is a bakery where you can buy delicious pastries and bread. The nearest beaches are Kivik or Vitemölla, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. The cottage is located by a road.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

A small fridge with freezer compartment, access to water, wood-burning stove and gas stove for two burners. Shower and bathroom a few steps away but also composting toilet and solar shower if you prefer, close to nature.
