Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Absolutely loved staying in this charming home! The decor was stunning, and had all the conveniences and utilities we needed for 3 nights. Everything was clean and accessible, and Vivian had even included a welcome note, and a basket with delicious treats for us on our arrival. Useful information regarding local attractions, and many brochures were available. We also loved the spacious grounds, and went exploring the very first morning. Given the chance, we would love to stay in this charming home again!

Mark’s condo is beautiful. So clean, and in a great location. Check in and check out instructions are clear, and easy to follow. Mark made it clear he is available if there are any issues of if anything is needed during your stay, very happy with his communication. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful and private setting. The house was spotless and nicely decorated. Nicely stocked kitchen. The living room furniture is incredibly comfortable and the big screen tv was very nice. Nice place to stay!

If you are looking for comfort, privacy, cleanliness and a beautiful location, this is it! You feel right at home with all the amenities you need. The beds and pillows very comfortable with beautiful linens. The kitchen was perfect for with a lovely dining area. The living room was very comfortable and all the TV channels you would need for entertainment. Bonus was the adorable, fenced yard for our Goldendoodle. You are close to stores, downtown Charles Town, Harpers Ferry and so many wineries. So much better than a hotel in every way!!!

Second time I have stayed and I enjoy the location and the close by food and drink options. Very quiet for a downtown location. While they do not offer parking, free parking is just two blocks away. The street parking in from of Abolitionist makes it easy to unload.
