We loved our stay at C & O abode. It was exactly as described and as the pictures showed. The house is beautiful with amazing amenities such as heated floors, room darkening shades, sound machines in every room and toys and books in the kids room. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful decor. Jen was very responsive and even sent a long list of recommendations for things to do! The kids loved the crystal grotto caverns and the arial adventure park. Also highly recommend Harper’s ferry brewing for locals beers and delicious pretzels! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Cedar Hill Cabin (A-Frame)

OliviaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My bridesmaids and I stayed her a few nights leading up to the wedding and my husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding!! It was AWESOME! The day before our wedding, something went wrong with the plumbing and they had to shut off the water for about 24 hours, but Ryan was SO helpful and responsive. He even got us another Airbnb to stay at if we wanted to (we just ended up showering there but it was really nice of him)! He kept us updated as soon as he heard something and was so kind the whole time!

Kimball's Black Bear

NormanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I fell in love with this property almost immediately upon arrival. The pictures don’t do this cabin justice! Ultimately, this place was the perfect nature getaway for me, my wife, and dog. From the smart lock entry and the brand new appliances to the choice of flooring and furniture, the attention to detail in this cabin made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed grilling on the back deck and listening to the wind in the trees while lounging in the Adirondack chairs. When we were done outside, the living room couch was absolutely perfect for stretching out to watch some tv. If you need some quick groceries or a small bite, nearby was an unassuming little shop called River Country Store. Inside was a nice little selection of local knickknacks as well as groceries, fresh pastries, sandwiches, and more. I cannot recommend this little getaway cabin enough and will be saving this one for future excursions.

Mountain Ferry Landing - Riverfront Access

MarylouRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was very clean and we really appreciated that. The location was beautiful, watching the sunset over the river was breathtaking and the inside was cozy as we listened to the rainfall outside. We weren’t aware that there would be campers nearby, but it wasn’t any issue at all! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone needing a quiet, beautiful, clean spot in the area.
An outdoor space is featured, showcasing a fire pit surrounded by stone pavers. Red patio chairs are positioned nearby, with a view of a wooden fence and lush greenery beyond. A gate is visible in the fencing, providing access to the adjacent area.

Trailhead Hideaway

This is definitely a hidden gem. You’re a two min drive from Harper’s Ferry and if you love history you’ll want to visit. We were running a race and this was the perfect spot to head back to after.

A view of Washington Street is captured through the window. The image showcases quaint storefronts along the street, hinting at the vibrant local businesses. The early morning light casts a soft glow on the buildings, and the street appears calm, inviting exploration.

2 Bed Condo at Abolitionist Ale Works #300

TimothyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Second time I have stayed and I enjoy the location and the close by food and drink options. Very quiet for a downtown location. While they do not offer parking, free parking is just two blocks away. The street parking in from of Abolitionist makes it easy to unload.
