The apartment is really cool and is right in the centre of Montreuil, which is such a fun town. We only stayed for two nights, and used it as a base to visit La Touquet and Boulogne sur mer, but we would come again and spend more time in Montreuil, and we’ll stay at Belinda’s when we do.

We loved the flat and particularly appreciated the balcony with its spectacular view of the beach and the sea. The location is also perfect for shops and restaurants...all within a few minutes walk...as is the beach. The flat is very well equipped though the hob didn't work...however there is an oven and a microwave. Christophe was very helpful, very reliable...and very punctual for which we were very grateful.

Excellent weekend in Alexandre's apartment. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and fully as described. The sea view is just incredible and the location close to everything on foot is perfect. We enjoyed the travel guide and the clear instructions for check-in and checkout. Even if the procedure may seem complicated and the keys are not on site, it does not interfere with the stay at all because everything is well explained. Thanks to Alexandre for hosting us and for his responsive answers. We would therefore recommend this listing without hesitation

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

We were there as a family with a small child. We liked the accommodation, check-in was hassle-free and communication as well. The apartment is very centrally located, everything is within walking distance. There are electric shutters, which was great for us with a child sleeping early. The apartment is designed for four people, but we wouldn't recommend it. For us, it was fine for a week and with a toddler, but for older children or four adults, the apartment is quite cramped. All in all, it was a nice stay!
