Our stay was just so easy - a beautiful home with just a short walk to shops, public transport at doorstep with the added bonus of a car spot as well. Selina was a wonderful host, always so responsive and helpful!

We LOVED our stay - the house is perfect. One side of the house is the hosts and the other side is the AirBnB with music studio sound proofing between! Very spacious one-bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, Faen & JP had fruit, milk, butter, fresh bread and treats for our two Labradors for our arrival and other goodies to use. Very comfortable bed, lovely linen and amenities. The house also has a gorgeous verandah overlooking the park. Its very private but just a walk to an array of restaurants, supermarkets etc. and an amazing coffee shop with an awesome breakfast is a 2-minute walk around the corner. There is plenty of street parking and public transport a short walk away. The house is also fully fenced for the fur babies. Faen and JP were an absolute delight to deal with, could not have done more to make us feel more welcome and at home. Will definitely come and stay again.

Just a great place to stay when visiting Sydney. Steven was a wonderful host, the little unit has a comfy bed, self contained amenities and great Wi-Fi. A short walk to the train station and bus stop means travel times are quick and straight forward. Highly recommended.

The property is described as ‘charming’ and it certainly is that. Lovely place in a lovely location. Great place to stay.

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

We loved this place! It was cosy, had everything we needed within walking distance! Perfect peaceful location! Easy to get to, easy to find, easy check in and out! Highly recommend to anyone on a wkend in Sydney

This accommodation was perfect for what we needed it for. It didn’t quite match the pictures in terms of furniture etc but that didn’t put us off at all. John and his family were helpful and accommodating. Even letting us use their dryer when it rained. It was simply a base for us and the pool was an added bonus. It was a lot cheaper than other accommodation nearby which sold it to us and I am glad that it did. I think we will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future.

David was a very welcoming host. He proactively arranged for basic groceries like eggs and bread, which turned out to be super helpful, esp because we were traveling with a kid. Strawberries in the fridge were a life saver. There were also toys for our little one to play with - one of the toys kept our son busy and occupied ;). Super helpful host.

Avia helped with the accommodation for our overseas guest. Avia was quick to respond with all communication and according to our overseas guest, the accommodation was fantastic, clean and a very central location. I would thoroughly recommend this property for anyone looking for accommodation in Wahroonga. Thank you again Avia for all your help with Arthur, he enjoyed his stay in Wahroonga.

Beautiful stay in freshwater. Walking distance to beautiful sunrise, sunset, waves and good coffee. Pet robot hoover and out door shower also great additions. An all round treat.

This was such a magical stay. Nicholas's place is located on the hill above the ocean and has such a spectacular water view, and is so close to the ocean if you want to walk down to the beach. We absolutely loved every second of our weekend here.

The perfect home away from home Lillian and Phil were always making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. We had a lot on being our daughters wedding so was amazing to come home to the peace and quiet. Would highly recommend this guest suite for couples perfect. Jeanette and Stephen

This accommodation was clean like a new building and could be used alone compared to other accommodations in the same price range. It rained a lot during the trip, but there was no problem at all. I didn't see any bugs inside either. They also helped me quickly and actively with my inquiries. I recommend it to others.

Very spacious and comfortable unit under the family home, felt very safe and secure, very quiet. Kind and gracious hosts, thoughtful touches. Great yard for my dog, would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Doug’s place in Coogee for a week after finding a last minute availability. Really happy I booked when I did as it’s clear to see why it’s in high demand! Fantastic location being about a 10 minute walk from the beach with plenty going on in and around Coogee itself which makes it ideal for exploring. The apartment itself was very well stocked, did not leave me wanting for anything. The beer and chocolates were the icing on the top! I was staying by myself but there would be more than enough space for a couple and a child as one of the sofas turns into a bed. I had the pleasure of bumping into Doug on my last morning as I was bringing my washing in and he couldn’t have done anymore to make me feel as welcome as possible so big thank you to him. If you’re thinking about making a booking (if you can the availability) then make sure you do ASAP you will not regret it :)

Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful house, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, great water pressure in the shower, super helpful and responsive host. Excellent location, able to walk to station and access restaurants and activities.

Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and even allowed a late checkout. Everything was smooth—would definitely stay again. A vacuum would’ve been a nice extra, but no complaints overall!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful, sunny, and spotless apartment. The space had everything you could possibly want, making it feel like a real home away from home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, going out of their way to make sure both I and my dog were comfortable and well looked after. They thoughtfully provided milk for tea and coffee, and even set out dog bowls, poo bags, and a small fence at the top of the stairs so my dog could safely enjoy the balcony. The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful, set at the back of the property with its own private entrance. A nearby park with the sound of a waterfall and lots of beautiful birds added to the calming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a caring, pet-friendly stay with genuinely lovely hosts, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Manly is a slice of heaven, and Ian's place was part of our perfect experience. Our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The space was roomy, the bedding and shower were both great. We slept well, ate well and got around without any challenges. Ian is a great host, and he also provided a parking pass for the rental car. We highly recommend staying here.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Sally’s house in Chatswood. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described—a perfect little retreat with a lovely garden view. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, with all the appliances and dining wares we needed. It allowed us to enjoy a cozy date night with homemade roast beef and broccoli, which made our stay even more memorable. Sally was a thoughtful and responsive host throughout our visit. A special thank-you to her for kindly helping me find my ring during the post-checkout cleaning—we truly appreciated the care and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Sydney!

Catherine, Peter, and Wendy are remarkable hosts and their studio apartment is simply perfect, located in a lively neighborhood full of shops, cafes, restaurants within a few steps out the door. Minutes from Kings Cross station also means it is very convenient to launch any adventure in and around Sydney, although we practically walked everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. One of my best experiences renting a place on AirBnB, and would stay there again if I come back to Sydney.

Very glad to have stayed here. Spacious, clean, everything we needed for a family stay. Close to beaches, bus into town, the zoo and plenty of shops and restaurants. Many thanks to Martin and Robyn.
