A gorgeous accommodation! We booked this lake house as a business retreat for our office employees. We needed a 2-day retreat to reflect on 2024 and plan for the new year. This was perfect with the layout of all the bedrooms, bathrooms, space for meeting, and an industrial kitchen to prepare all of our meals together. It was just the retreat we needed! The house was decorated nicely with a cozy and clean feel. Even though it was winter on the lake, the views were still beautiful!

The Cove Lake House

Everything was as described. Place was clean and had plenty of room. Check in was easy, and well planned Unfortunately that area of the lake has little to no service, but that’s what getaways are for.

love love love this cabin on beautiful Lake Wedowee, everything was just as was described! But better rest up for the climb up the stairs from the dock. Mrs Beth was so incredibly nice and informative on the phone, making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be staying here again!!

Great cabin!! Beautiful view of the lake. Very clean with everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. Great communication with the manager! Only negative was the long rough Dirt Road! Definitely will put my boat in the water first , instead of pulling to the cabin . Would definitely stay again!

My Husband and I host his for a yearly getaway and this was the perfect location. There was plenty of room, lots of activities and very private. We can’t wait to go back next year!!! Well worth the cost.

We had a great stay at this place . It is very spacious and at a great location too ! The end room (the master) was not warm enough to sleep on the first night . The weather got better on the second day so we could sleep in that room the second night . May be if the host could check on the air vent or heaters for that room that would make the stay warm and cozy when the weather outside gets crazy cold . Other than that everything else was nice !

Ayo’s place was more than expected. It’s definitely understated how much it has to offer!! It was bigger, had more amenities than listed, and was very homelike!! The listing should be updated cuz there’s numerous streaming options, full kitchen, washer and dryer in the main house to use, and both cold and hot water🙂. There’s a huge king bed in the bedroom and a daybed in the living room. Ayo is extremely quick at responding as well. So easy and comfortable. We had our own entrance into our own place in a beautiful huge old home.

This is our 3rd time staying in one of Shauna's listings. Close Quarters was absolutely adorable. Clean, well-appointed, great view of the square. Shauna was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our early arrival. The bed was very comfy, slept great! We will definitely stay again when visiting family in town.

This was the perfect stay for our trip to the Talladega race. It was very unique and nicely decorated. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe & secure. We enjoyed a visit to the Coffee Bean Bakery which is in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
