Gloria’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway to do some hiking and off-roading in the area. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, easy check in process. A note that there are a lot of stairs down to the dock if that’s an issue for anyone in your party but the view from the deck is beautiful as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable spot on the lake!

We recently stayed at a lovely Airbnb in Wedowee, Alabama, during the Talladega race weekend. This was our first visit to the area, and we were thrilled to find a place that offered both proximity to the race and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The house exceeded our expectations. The pictures online do not do justice to the beautiful landscaping and serene lake views. It was truly magnificent, secluded, and provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed; we just had to bring our clothes. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and appliances for cooking meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the excellent communication from our host, Jeff. He provided clear instructions that made check-in seamless. We loved the seclusion and comfort of the house so much that we wished we could have stayed longer.

Gloria was super helpful and responsive! She’s really understanding. Would definitely recommend to book your stay! We booked for 3 months!!! Such an amazing experience.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation and the place was really peaceful. Our daughters enjoyed the kayaks. There was plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely book again.

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend on the lake! We especially enjoyed the screened porch, the 2nd level dock, and the fire pit! The house was spotless and so well stocked. We like to enjoy our meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. All of the furnishings were very high quality and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The place is gorgeous scenery is gorgeous. Be careful parking. But definitely a getaway. Great place to actually interact with your friends and family and not be tied to the outside world.

Great place nestled in the county, Our team stayed their for the week and enjoyed the grill, goats, pond and nature.

Fantastic lake condo at Lake Martin! We were visiting the area for a bass fishing tournament and Bob, the host, was very responsive and helpful! The property was very clean and having access to the boat slip, the pools, and the boat ramp were super convenient!

This one of the few places in the area large enough to hold my immediate family for weekend wedding festivities in nearby Bremen. We enjoyed the quirky layout of the home and the beautiful stained glass windows in the hallway and the bathroom ceilings. The pool and the hot tub were enjoyed as well as the poker table. Parking our 5 cars was also easy with the layout of the driveway. The home is in the process of being updated and I would love to visit it again especially once it’s up to its full potential. The gardens were full of beautiful blooms. Randall is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and met the first guests who arrived at the property to ensure easy entry and answer questions. Would stay here again!

This place is stunning and was absolutely perfect for celebrating our upcoming wedding. We will remember this trip for years to come!

This was our second time staying and it was wonderful ! Wanted to get out of the city with my daughter and a couple of her friends to unwind and this place is perfect! The pool is great & the girls enjoyed watching their shows at night in the hot tub. Fire pit is a nice addition ( at least I don't remember it from last years visit ) The house as well as the outdoor spaces are comfortable & clean and allows privacy if wanted . The covered grill space off the front porch was great for the evening of rain we got . It's an easy quick trip into town and in Bowden the cafe Stellas was a great treat and shockingly affordable ( burgers, hot dogs & milkshakes ) . Highly recommend for a get away !

We had a wonderful stay! This was one of the only Airbnb stays we have experienced where the place is actually even nicer than the photos. Jeff was very responsive and helpful. The only downfall was that the kayaks and canoe were covered in ants and spider webs so we were not able to use them... unless we wanted to clean them. We did use the paddle boat but also had to clean that as well. Would be helpful for these to be ready for use. But overall, the place was great. Amazing water view. Lots of beds and would hold a large group easily. Had everything we needed and more! Felt like home. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Krystal's HOME was exactly as she described - quiet, beautiful, and very homelike down to the little details like soft towels, coffee for keurig and everything needed for outside activities. She gets an A+! Hope to visit again someday! Thank you!

What can I say about a place like this except just amazing! The scenery, the house, the porch and the vacation I needed. I went to the races in Talladega then hosted a small get together for the crew chief and a few of the pit crew guys and the place accommodated it perfectly. If your looking to relax and just be at peace this is a wonderful and amazing spot. I even went and bought a fishing pole and got a little fishing in. I Hope to do it again in the near future. We had the best time at this home! It was peaceful and private, but easy to get to local restaurants and stores. Everything was very clean and they provided everything we needed for the stay. Highly recommend to anyone needing a getaway!

This was our second stay here. Always have the best time and love the water surrounding the camper! The porch is perfect for our Charlie to run around outside and not have to be on a leash. It's a pretty big camper as well! Alan and his wife are so precious!

We had to evacuate Florida for Hurricane Milton, Louise was extemely accommodating and it felt like a vacation on the lake front property rather than an evacuation. Thank you so much!!

We have stayed at Johnnie’s place four times now. He responds immediately and is very accommodating. It is a great place for family gatherings during the holidays. We love that the kids can play and sleep downstairs. We feel right at home there.
