Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Die großzügige Terrasse mit Kugelgrill, Hängesessel und Sitzgarnitur lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ein Sprung in den 1.5m tiefen, beheizten Infinity-Pool für Erfrischung zwischen durch sorgt (Poolnutzung Mai-Sept). Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.

The apartment is in Winterhausen, from there you can start perfectly trips to the nearby vineyards or to the Main, whether for hiking, cycling or swimming in summer. The train station can be reached in one minute and from there Würzburg can be reached by public transport every 30 - 60 minutes. So experience the beautiful city Würzburg - no annoying parking search!

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

It's the perfect place to visit Würzburg! It is a spacious, quiet apartment, 10 minutes by train from Würzburg. You have a lovely bedroom and a chill corner in the living room. You can relax and watch TV on the large couch after visiting Würzburg, playing cards on the wooden table, or just sit in the small terrace and relax. It is the perfect mix between the proximity to the city and a quiet place to relax :)

The stylishly furnished apartment is located directly on the Main with a view of the Marienberg Fortress, the Käppele and the Old Main Bridge, in the so-called small Bischofshut, the former right-hand Mainian old town of Würzburg. The town hall and the beginning of the pedestrian zone are about 300 meters away, the Würzburg residence can be reached in 8-10 minutes on foot. A tram stop is just 150 metres away.
