Here you are close to Randers Rainforest, Water and Wellness, the Climbing Park, Gudenåen and about 35 minutes to Djurs Sommerland. The house is cozy and newly painted and refurbished.

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Located on a blind private road without traffic. 1 km to shopping, 3 different playgrounds and a dog forest. Good opportunities for walking/jogging/mountain biking in nearby Lindumskov and relaxation by beautiful Tjele Langsø. Centrally located in Jutland with only 3 km to the E45, it is quick and easy to reach Hobro, Viborg, Aalborg, Randers and Aarhus, among others.

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
