Simple, rural and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. A short walk to the Thon Senter Madla shopping center, as well as grocery stores like REMA 1000 and COOP. Short walking distance to Madlaveien/at clarion Hotel Energy where you can take a bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. If you come by plane, the airport bus is recommended. Takes approx. 15 and drive to the apartment. The bus also runs past "the three swords".

The apartment is located in coastal landscapes in the middle of Stavanger and Haugesund and is an excellent starting point for excursions to various sights. From Skudenes in the west and Nordvegen history center at Avaldsnes to the Pulpit Rock in the south. Regarding check-in and time, this mainly applies during the busy summer period when we are at work. We need to get home and clean up before the next guests arrive. Guests have access to their own terrace and a part of the garden (nature garden, with some slopes). It is recommended to have a car to benefit from nature in the area About 20 min to drive to "Preikestolen" - (parking space) 10 min (about 8 km) to drive to Jørpeland city center. 5.4 km to Tau city center. 4.3 km to the nearest grocery store (Extra Prestamarkå) 2.4 km to the nearest swimming area

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).
