I really liked the house, it is super spacious, very nice and has many rooms, a great option to go with family or friends and it is also pet-friendly. The pool is a very good size and warm. Pam was super attentive from the start, giving clear instructions and good recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It's very easy to reach and very central. We hired Say, she helps take care of the house and helps you with cooking and cleaning, very kind too. I think the only detail is that some rooms, being next to the main avenue, at night you can hear some noise from cars, but if you have a deep sleep, that's no problem. Other than that, highly recommended :)

My family and I loved our stay! The house is beautiful right by the lake! The playroom was great even though we hardly used it. The kayaks were a great addition and my kids enjoyed it. Laura and Sergio, who take care of the house, were always so helpful with anything we needed. We felt safe during our stay and we will definitely be back! The house is beautiful and huge, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning helps a lot, the house is just like in the photos, the pool and the hot tub are warm, the garden is very nice, well kept and large, we went with two dogs and we all enjoyed it a lot, the host responds quickly although we didn't really have to call her, there was no need, I highly recommend Alicia's service in the kitchen, very kind and attentive just like David, I highly recommend Maria's house.

Good place to stay, we went for the weekend (Friday to Sunday) and although the weather was rainy, the jacuzzi was warm and the place was very nice to spend time with the family, and he also gave me 2 very interesting books. I'd go again.

Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning that works perfectly. The bathrooms are also comfortable and have everything you need. I had to work from home and I had no connection problems, in addition to the fact that the whole area is very quiet, so the place is quite quiet and you can rest. In addition, due to its proximity to Mexico City, it is a great option to get out of the routine. Arturo and his wife are very friendly and were attentive the whole time. We would definitely spend a few days in your beautiful house again :)

The house is much more beautiful and more welcoming than what can be seen in the pictures. The view is amazing, the details of the house and all the things it's equipped with make it a great place. The pool although it's not that big is quite functional and we loved it!!

The house is spacious as shown in the pictures. It has many utensils in the kitchen, nice touches such as impeccable towels, tidy and abundant furniture in the bedrooms, all with closets, hooks, drawers for unpacking. Much more comfortable than any other Airbnb we've visited. Something to highlight is that the pool was always kept at a very good temperature, which meant that we could enjoy it even though we had very bad weather and rain, the children were happy. Great service from the hosts, we had an electrical issue and they solved it very quickly and without any problems. Some maintenance details but nothing serious.
