This is a very sweet little place in central Livadi, very close to all the restaurants on the main street and only a few blocks walk from the harbour. We were a family of four staying a couple of nights and we all absolutely loved the place with its airy and modern bedroom, doors opening to a wonderful patio, as well as a comfy sofa bed for the kids in the same room as a very practical kitchen. This clean and renovated apartment has everything a family could need, and Flora is very generous with little supplements. We very much appreciated our hosts: kind, friendly and very helpful. Flora met us by the ferry and showed us the way to our apartment, which is located next door to her house. We enjoyed exploring the surroundings by foot: there are two beaches within five minutes walk. We highly recommend walking 45 min up to magnificent views from Chora in the evening, it has lights and was a nice climb for the kids. All in all a wonderful place!

We loved our stay here. We were here in the second week of October, so near the end of the tourist season so we were a bit worried that most stuff would be closed. In Livadi there were some restaurants open while some were closed, but enough to choose from for a couple days of Serifos. In Chora there was one coffee place open, a small store as well as the ceramics store. It is definitely still worth the walk up for the views though. You walk some parts on the road but most on stairs. The studio is really nicely decorated and has an amazing view and great location for walking everywhere! The mattress is a bit hard and could use an update. Stelios was helpful!

Great location, super tranquil within a 5/10 minutes walk to the beach and or port with many restaurants and bars. We (two couples) stayed for fournights in this lovely property. Nice outside space and the house had lots of thoughtful extras, so very comfortable and homey. Heaps extra linen and towels, including beach towels, books, games and family friendly. We would certainly recommend at staying this property on Serifo

Fabulous stone house. Great for a group of friends. Lovely local taverna but car or transport necessary for visits to other beaches and the port for shopping.
