Had a wonderful stay at this Munich apartment! The place was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better - easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Christy does everything to welcome her guests. There were drinks, sweets, also oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. I was very happy to find an extra heater because it was still cold. The accommodation is well located, parks nearby, well connected by public transport, supermarkets nearby. Thanks for every. Recommended.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We were super close to the train station, and just one stop away from the city center. Beautiful place to stay and Martin was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our family here for 3 days and we absolutely loved it. Sabine was really friendly & responsive and gifted us chocolates, helped us out with a carton of milk and even gave us a bottle of wine (we didn’t have time to open it but it was a wonderful gesture). This place could feel a bit isolated but the S-bahn metro is really close so you don’t really feel that isolated from city centre! Oh and the place was really clean, spacious and well maintained for a family of 3.

The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and with all the possible amenities you could want. Ludwig provided very clear instructions, was very responsive to my messages and kindly gave us an early check in and also offered us a late check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want, including all the little extras such as cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, spices, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, washing liquid and fabric softner for the washing machine. The bakery literally 2 minutes further up the road was really good and we found a couple of local restaurants that were probably was the best food we had during our stay. We hired a car and it was about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich and similar to the airport. It was a good location to explore the local area and we really enjoyed our stay there.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Rosalind and her husband. The two were very warm and likeable hosts. The accommodation is quiet and Munich or Starnberg are very easy to reach by train. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staircase to the apartment is relatively steep and narrow, which was not a problem for us, but with children or elderly people this could be an issue. All in all, the accommodation is a recommendation!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

Fantastic place and host. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule after our flight was cancelled and when we needed to extend our stay. The area is absolutely fantastic and very walkable to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. There is even a bar right by the front door if you are into that sort of thing. We would stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat.

Everything great! Very nice house, great decor, very quiet. There's even a bulging bookshelf. Everything was there for cooking, spices, oils, etc. For the welcome, there were pretzels and small snacks as well as chilled drinks. Wifi was good. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect for what I needed. Near the underground and could be in the heart of the city quickly. Apartment had everything I needed. Rosa was always responsive and helpful. Oh, and a really comfy bed!

Fairly nice studio apartment, we booked for 4 adults, and were given the idea that it has separate rooms, it doesn't. Beside that, it all went well, the apartment is cosy and nice has everything you need for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is the crown jewel. I enjoyed it a lot. The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment close to Munich and surroundings for a fair budget. For two people with a car, perfect choice. (35 min by car/1h 15 min by public transport to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and clearly it is not my last time here 😉
