Condo vacation rentals in Ramersdorf-Perlach

We stayed 4 nights at Britta’s apartment. The photos do not do the apartment justice. It is spacious and very cleverly renovated to make best use of the space. The weekend was warm so being in the basement was good as the apartment was nice and cool. Britta was very welcoming and showed us everything we needed. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and trains only take 20 minutes into the city centre. There is also a supermarket just need to the station. The apartment is in a residential area. We liked that the apartment was quiet. Would highly recommend.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen für 4 Tage zu Gast bei Valerie und Paul und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist unkompliziert und der Blick über den See bei jedem Wetter "unique". Wir haben die direkte Nähe zum See und die kurzen Wege in die Berge umfänglich genutzt und waren Baden, SUPen, Wandern und Gleitschirmfliegen... Die Hinweise und Tipps von Valerie waren sehr hilfreich und die Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit spontan und sehr angenehm. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung und die Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen.

Lage, Lage, Lage ... Urlaub mit 2 Personen in Starnberg. Fußläufig ratzfatz am Bahnhof, ratzfatz an der Promenade und am Schiffsanleger (ca. 10 Minuten). Vermieter sehr freundlich und erreichbar. Flexibler Check-in/-out. Wohnung super sauber, großzügiges Bad, Küche top ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Souterrain – angenehm kühl. Wer Koffer und Gepäckstücke dort deponieren möchte, erreicht das Schlafzimmer nur über eine Wendeltreppe. Für sperriges Gepäck ist aber auch oben genug Lagerplatz (z. B. im Eingangsflur). Endlich mal KEIN Schrankbett!!! Wir haben prima geschlafen. Terrasse mit Außensofas, Blick in den Garten, ruhig. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Inigo’s cozy, sunlit and secure location is our go-to favorite for my stays in Germany. Right on the metro line it’s incredibly convenient and the sounds of laughter and daily life emanate from the kitchen window. From the balcony we sipped a coffee or drank wine. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom has hair dryer, towels and amenities. Inigo is friendly, professional, honest and it’s easy to see what makes him a super host and his listing a favorite of many. Highly recommend for solo professional travelers or couples. Thank you so much, Inigo, we look forward to returning very very very soon.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Wohnung/Das Haus war makellos sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit war von Anfang an hervorragend – sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Highly recommended! We stayed in Caroline & Tobias’s rooftop apartment for five days, and everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious enough for two people, and the entrance is via a spiral staircase in the backyard, right next to a flourishing magnolia tree—it was beautiful! We even spotted a squirrel in the tree. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need (as listed in the description), and everything was in perfect condition. The surrounding area is quiet, and we never had any trouble finding a parking spot. Finding parking in Munich without hassle feels like a miracle! Caroline & Tobias provided very clear and helpful instructions. Check-in was seamless—no keys needed, just door codes, which was super convenient. To sum up: we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We're very thankful for our wonderful stay, and next time we're in Munich, we’ll be happy to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a great area, and we felt very much at home during our time there. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really made our trip special. When we had an issue with our car, the host went out of their way to help us – we’re truly grateful for that support! The communication was smooth and warm from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the kind message after our departure. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Auch als das Wetter mal ein bisschen schlechter wurde, konnte man sich sehr gut in der Unterkunft aufhalten. Zudem haben wir auch reichlich Tipps für Aktivitäten bekommen. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, eine Anlaufstelle zu haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Andrea est une personne réactive à nos interrogations avant l'arrivée dans le logement : utilisation des transports à Munich, indications pour arriver au logement et sur les commerces alentours, grande plage horaire d'arrivée (appréciable lorsqu'on vient de loin ! ). Le logement était propre, lumineux, très bien équipé. Andrea est une personne sympathique et prête à rendre service. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Ev sahibimiz son derece nazik ve ilgiliydi. Evin bulunduğu alan yemyeşil doğası olan bir yer. Aracı ile seyahat edenler için muhteşem konaklama yeri. Ev çok temizdi . Mutfak tam donanımlıydı. Huzur isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

Es war unsere erste airbnb Erfahrung und wir werden es wohl wieder tun :-) Es hat uns super gut gefallen bei Chris und Laura. Die Kommunikation lief super und verlässlich ab. Erding ist aus unserer Sicht sehenswert und wir konnten von dem schönen Domizil aus allerhand mit unserem 9-Jährigen erleben, z.B. Therme, Legoland, Kletterwald, München Stadt… Wir hatten ein Mietauto für unsere Reise am Airport gebucht. Zurück zur Wohnung: Wir haben den Whirlpool mit angemietet und das war richtig toll. Die Wohnung ist total schick, super ausgestattet, persönlich und gemütlich, alles top! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, würden das Domizil weiterempfehlen und bei Bedarf wieder buchen wollen. Danke noch mal an die Gastgeber.

I had a wonderful 6-day stay here. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the host was always very quiet and respectful—so much so that I almost felt bad for making any noise myself. The location is also excellent: just one bus ride to my office and a direct U5 line to Munich Central Station. Most of things was very convenient, and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Ismaning, Germany. The space was cozy and very clean! Paul and Daniela were outstanding hosts, offering warm hospitality and prompt communication throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed! Paul and Daniela were absolutely amazing! The location was convenient, with easy access for parking and nearby attractions. I appreciated the peaceful neighborhood, which made for a relaxing environment. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Alles was wir brauchten war da. Die Location ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich gleich angekommen. Ein besonderes Plus gibts für den Whirlpool, den man mit Holz anheizen kann. Das war ein großes Vergnügen. Die Lage zum Ammersee ist sehr gut, man sollte abet auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto unterwegs sein.

it is my pleasure to stay three nights at Monika's house where located in a quiet town and also easy to go to Messe. my room is pretty clean with a kitchen and garden. Monika and her husband are very nice people with good English. I will stay at their house again once I come to Munich.
