We stayed there for 3 nights, I must say it's worth of your money. From all my bnb experiences, this property is well maintained, rooms,washrooms,kitchen are neat and clean. She has got her staff so gentle n dedicated towards their duty, jotiba kaka n his wife are above n beyond in prociding service. It offers a magnificent view of mountain. Location wise, its near to market n other points. Best part is the locality is calm n perfect to relax. Hope she maintains the property as it is.

We stayed here for our office retreat, and the property exceeded all expectations. It was even better than the pictures the landscaping, the open spaces, and the overall vibe made it feel like a true escape from the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s a great space for groups comfortable, calm, and beautifully kept. The hosts were incredibly proactive and helpful throughout. They even took care of the food arrangements, which turned out to be excellent and made our experience seamless. Would highly recommend this place for team getaways or group stays. We left feeling rested, recharged, and really well taken care of.

It was a great stay for us. We had some electricity issues but it was not their fault and the owner came to the apartment himself to sort it out. We were a little short on kitchen equipment and the caretaker got everything we needed in no time. I won’t say my stay was perfect. The reason I’m giving a 5 star review is because they were able to sort everything out for us. I recommend the property to everyone! Thanks Dhanraj and Kishan. :)

Right from booking it to being helped by Viganesh right away, with the helpful and enthusiastic manager Abhay and a very helpful property/ housekeeper Mahesh and his cute family, the yummy homely food, and then Coco the cute property doggie, the property was really beautiful and serene, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. I visited with my family, along with our dog and cat for my Mom's birthday and wasn't disappointed. A lovely property, very beautifully done up and nicely lit and walkable with so many trees and beautiful mountain n forest views! we had a blast!

We had a great stay at this villa. All the rooms are spacious and were well maintained. The outdoor area is huge and well maintained. Only thing i would like to point out is about Food. Food could have been little better. Thank you.

"The hotel was top-notch, especially the biryani — it was amazing!" We will be planning again to visit this place during monsoon. Sonia and Prasad both were very cooperative and helpful. We were worried about the sound system at the hotel but even that was good would be recommending my friends also this villa.

Rajesh and Avdhoot both are very responsive. The property truly feels like home! We were 7 people and had taken the 3 bedrooms in the ground floor. There are 3 more bedrooms in the 1st floor. The beach is just short walk away through a narrow, pretty looking, winding lane. Thal beach is clean, empty and away from the loud Alibaug crowd. The swimming pool was clean and maintained! It was open till 7:30/8pm. We played carrom as well. The restaurant food was okay...could be better. They catered to our snacks and dinner requests. They also entertained our request for aloo paratha for breakfast instead of poha upma, with 50% sharing of expenses. They can provide the 1st day brunch as well on prior request but would recommend exploration of local cafes/ restaurants as well. Suju Art Cafe would be my reco. Overall - Go for it!

We had a wonderful stay at Rohit's BNB. The property is in a lush green area very close to the beach. Old world charm mixed with modern aesthetics. All the mentioned amenities like the pool, garden, bathroom etc. were provided and were in great condition. The highlight was the hospitality from the caretakers and the cooks. We utilised their services for nearly every meal. Still cannot forget the pomfret fry, solkadhi and malvani chicken that we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay at this property. It has all the listed amenities and the staff is really polite and helpful. The pool is of a great size and one would enjoy all the different pockets of seating areas across the property!!

Rubina is a fantastic host! We had such an incredible trip. Right from booking until check-out and beyond, she was communicative, friendly, and helpful! The property is absolutely lovely - super beautifully decorated and very well maintained with a lot of thoughtful additions - for example, if you go into the pool, the caretakers will give you additional pool towels without even asking. In the night, in the outdoor area, the caretakers turned on some really nice colourful lights for us too. The attention to detail, the food, the host - everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful experience at Arlington Luxe Stay in Mahabaleshwar! We stayed at the 4BHK Arlington Luxe ValleyView villa, and it truly lived up to its name—luxurious, spacious, and with a stunning view of the valley. The interiors were tastefully done, and the amenities were top-notch. A special shoutout to caretaker Jayesh and his wife, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend this villa for families or groups looking for a serene, high-end getaway in the hills. Will definitely visit again!

This is a hidden gem. Great place for a family vacation with extended family. Lots of activities for kids. Great swimming pool. table tennis, jacuzzi, disco, billiards, air hockey. The food prepared by the Maharaj was delicious (all vegetarian). good safe neighborhood, easy to walk out to some local restaurants. Many more within a short driving distance. We made so many good memories within our short 2-day stay. I highly recommend this place.

Esperanza by StayVista was a delightful blend of charm and tranquility. The rustic yet modern vibe of the villa was so inviting, and the staff made sure our stay was seamless. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area, ideal for evening chats. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Bungalow was very good and worth the price. Caretaker Ajay was very helpful and polite in his work.

We were 6 friends all girls, visited this place in Mar'25. Sanket was very well responsive and he attended to all our queries timely. The place is beautiful and the surroundings are very scenic. The highlight was the pool.. we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The caretaker Lokesh did an awesome job. We had a delicious breakfast to end our trip.. overall it was a big hit. The property is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Beautiful location, Serene surroundings and breathtaking views of the surroundings add to the charm of the property. The property itself is luxurious, exactly as shown and described. It’s spacious, clean and extremely well maintained. All the amenities mentioned in the description are available and in perfect condition. A special mention for the care taker. He is very polite and always available for any kind of help needed. Ashish and his teammates have been very helpful and readily available throughout, clearing any doubts. Overall it was an extremely satisfying and peaceful experience at the property. We stayed at Jungle Villa and had a great experience! The caretaker was very supportive, and the chicken dish served was really tasty. The villa features a large swimming pool, spacious rooms with good interiors, and a unique music theater setup with a big projector screen that you can enjoy both from the lounge and the pool area. Any issues or requirements were addressed seamlessly. Highly recommend this villa!

We went with our family and had a peaceful and amazing stay. The home was spacious, just like in the photos, and all listed amenities were available and functional. Shri, our host, was responsive and helpful—a special shoutout to caretaker Rajender ji, who was always available and ensured we had a comfortable experience. The property also had electricity backup, which added to the convenience. Just a small note for future guests: the pool is on the smaller side, so it’s better suited for a quick dip rather than a full swim. Also, while the bathrooms served the purpose, except one, the other two were not as spacious as one might expect. That said, the overall experience was wonderful. The weather was lovely, the place was easy to reach, and we truly enjoyed the serene and homely vibe. A great spot for families looking to unwind and spend quality time together.

Very good place to hangout

We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️

Yesterday, I visited with my team for a staff picnic, and I was truly delighted with the entire experience. The hospitality was beyond expectations, manager DhaniRam and the other three staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we felt completely at home. The stay was luxurious to another level, and it’s clear that the soul of Ekyam lies in its amazing team. Please don’t change them, they’re the reason the place feels so special.
