An iconic Kiwi bach right across the road from the water on Cliff street. It's on a huge flat secure 1/4 acre section with plenty of room for the whole family, friends and boat. It's a 5 -10 minute stroll around the waterfront to the shops, galleries and cafes; 5 minutes in the other direction to the wharf and steps over the road to the calmer waters of the inner harbour. Please note linen and rubbish are not included in the listing, as this is a beach house set up.
