Tuis feeding, Kereru perched in Kowhai trees and lots of other native birds darting in and out of the bush. Situated 25mins from Hamilton. Only a 10min drive to the Hakiramata Summit Track and loop track. Te Awa River Trail starts 10mins away at The Point in Ngaruawahia. Raglan by the sea is only 56mins away.

This may be occupied by the owner. It is a completely separate dwelling so privacy is maintained. Max 2 guests. No visitors please unless by prior arrangement.

This beautifully presented modern 1 bedroom home is positioned on a private section with views extending out to Lorenzen Bay. A peaceful and sunny space with an open living area and kitchenette that opens out to a sunny deck. Separate bedroom with Queen bed, bathroom with washing machine, and private car park. Very well located with Lorenzen Bay just a 4 minute walk from your doorstep and Raglan’s main street only a few minutes drive to discover the vibrant shops and cafes.

Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep - trees, ferns and native birds are a feast for your eyes as you relax in your own private space. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave. It is clean and tidy with a great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre.

The wood burner in the cabin will keep you warm and cosy.
