Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

First floor apartment in a block of four. Very clean, tidy and well appointed, very comfortable, good balcony area. Enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

Shona's place feels like a home with attention to detail and everything you need to be comfortable. It is very clean and comfortable and in a lovely quiet location. There are lots of extra blankets and heaters so it's cosy even on a cold night. Easy communication and a very welcoming host. Only has a kitchenette but there is a microwave and takeaways just down the road.

I stayed here for the weekend with my sister and niece. It is a great little place, perfect for what we needed and close to town. We would definitely stay again.

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Stayed here for two months. Highly recommend this for anyone in the area for a longer period. It is very walkable to the centre of Hamilton. There are co-working spaces nearby (I used The Crate) if that’s something that’s important. Within a very short walk there is a car rental place and making use of that to explore the surrounding area was excellent. Good bus links and the buses take both Bee Card and Cash (at the time of writing). Fantastic place, would absolutely stay again if I am in the area

Perfect comfortable spot for us to visit family and easy access to city, river and restaurant/cafes close by. The unit felt lovely and new, very comfortable bed with fresh linen and kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals. It's attached to another house but we found the neighbours quite and friendly, so no problem. We were able to park in the driveway and liked that our studio was in a nice quiet spot away from the road. We will be definitely staying here again for a our future visits to Hamilton.

It really is a hidden gem! Beds were very comfortable, bed linen and towels were good quality. Peaceful, quiet night's sleep. Everything we needed was supplied. Shower pressure awesome. Flexible with check out due to our uncertain circumstances. Ended up staying an extra night due to our pet's specialist surgery nearby. Will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect, so convenient being close to the local shops, which made everything super easy. The space was very tidy, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout the stay. Peter was clear and prompt with communication, especially when it came to check-in and access instructions. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return!

The Tree Hut is amazing! Had all the comforts of home… an amazing entertaining patio with the perfect size spa pool! So close to town to get a drink and bite to eat… totally wonderful and I’ll definitely be back!

The perfect spot, close enough to Raglan to enjoy the shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds, and cars to be totally comfortable. Quiet and tranquil. Easy to lose track of time and just watch the clouds and listen to the waves…. Definitely the place to come and reset.

The view was mesmerising, we could have looked out for hours. The photos only give a sense of this.

we loved this airbnb ! was perfect for a short weekend for the 4 of us. The spa is a big plus as even when it's raining you can still sit in the warm water and be relaxed:)

Amazing stay. The perfect sanctuary for a couple of relaxing days away. Beautiful views and the hot tub is perfectly situated for clear sky nights.
