Cabin vacation rentals in Raccoon Township

I used Vacation Ohiopyle's rental as a last minute trip for my boys on their last day of school this year. We spent the day at Seven Springs then spent the night at the rental. It's very clear that the owners spent a great deal of thought in what to do for this rental unit. Everything was very well set up. Although we didn't use much of anything on the property (it rained most of the day), I did think the fire pit area, hot tub area, and the porch were excellent. My 6yo, the old man that he is, enjoyed sitting on the porch as I was preparing for check out. Both boys commented on the secluded privacy and beauty of the outdoor space. The kitchen and bathroom were great. Lots of towels and dishes to use. Beds may be the best beds I've slept on, better than mine at home. This is pretty close to my house (60min drive), but if I were to do a day like this again, I would look up this unit first.

Jess went above and beyond as a host and provided suggestions throughout the weekend. We felt like locals! The cabin was so cozy for a friends/couples weekend. The game room was a bonus surprise and so fun for a group! The hot tub was extremely clean and so relaxing after a day of hiking. We all can’t wait to return. The cabin is a GEM! My stay was amazing. The scenery was beautiful as well as the home. Was very spacious.

Alison was a responsive host who got back to us quickly with responses to questions and needed communication. Her place was a really great/relaxing place with all the amenities as described. It is remote but 10 minutes to a small town with grocery, gas, small town shopping, and a great coffee place! My wife and I had a great relaxing time in a peaceful environment!

The Cabin was a fantastic place to stay at. The home theater and hot-tub really made the place amazing. Great for family and friends to enjoy their time in Pennsylvania.

A perfect cabin layout for a mini family reunion. Having the rec room separate from the bedrooms was a perfect layout, and it allowed for hours of wholesome family fun. The surrounding property was gorgeous, and the easy access to Alliance for food/restaurants was ideal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were blown away with everything the Airbnb had to offer. The location was peaceful, private and had a great view. We enjoyed using the fire pit, hot tub and grill. The Airbnb was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. There are mountain bike trails only 1.5 miles from the Airbnb which were nice for getting outdoors. There were also kayaks available for us which we hope to utilize in the future. This Airbnb is a hidden gem.

I booked this for my bridesmaids and I for the night before my wedding. The cabin is beautiful and so clean. Alissa left us some snacks and toiletries in case we needed something. She was very friendly and always checked in to make sure we were okay. We went for a walk to the lake and the neighbors were all waving and saying hi to us. It was honestly a very friendly area and we felt safe. The cabin had beautiful interior natural sunlight which was great for getting ready photos.

Such a beautiful cabin!! It was so beyond peaceful and private. The host were so helpful when needed and provided great instructions. We had a wonderful 1 night stay for my bachelorette party!! We all felt the beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well kept. The bathrooms are gorgeous! The basement is spacious and so clean and decorative! Definitely recommend!

Where to begin when describing perfection! Location was just fantastic, in quiet woodland not far from Leesville Lake, lots of wi;ldlife and birds to spot and perfect for a base to xplore Pittsburg (1hr), Amish at of Berlin/Sugar Creek (1hr) Creek a bit further afield Canton (Football Hall of Fame) or Columbus and Cleveland. The cabin is so comfortable 2 log fires (lots of cut dry wood) 1 in the kitchen area one in downstairs lounge which is accessed by a spiral stair and gives access to a covered patio. The layout is superb there were only two of us and we had to go search for each other as there was so much space. A big , modern kitchen with everything you need and a Keurig Coffee Machine thats part of the fridge which we couldn't get our heads around! Sarah and Nick have really thought this all through and for their rental charges it offers a superb 5star experience for 3 star prices. If we revist the area (ther for daughters graduation in WV ) we will stay again.

This is a beautiful spot that was perfect for our 2 families who live far apart to get together and enjoy the Ohiopyle area. As other reviewers mentioned, this home is very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, ample towels and thoughtful extra touches, like toiletries and coffee. The guest cabin over the stream is a highlight of the property!

Loved this rustic retreat! It was Soul cleansing. Gwen is an amazing host. If you want to get AWAY, this is the perfect place. I stayed here between places while I was moving, but can see myself going just to take a break. Thanks for everything Gwen!

Very comfortable spot. Plenty of amenities for adults and children. Gino was very responsive if we had any questions. Will definitely book again, perfect space or relaxing and spending time with the family.

We came from the other side of the state to celebrate two big family events for the weekend. We needed space to visit with family as well as to prep for an off property grad party - the kitchen had everything we needed & the space to visit with family while we were in the area. Being able to bring out two dogs with us was a huge perk and great last minute decision. The location is quiet, easy to find and the hosts were so kind! The beds were comfortable and had the weather been better it would have been a great place to enjoy the private outdoor space. We hope this location is available for us the next time we visit! What a great cabin! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The property and cabin we beautiful, and outside was so peaceful with the sound of the river. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend, we would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was the perfect peaceful getaway! Tucked in a quiet, remote area, the house was cozy, well-maintained, and surrounded by serene nature. It was a wonderful spot to relax and unwind, with all the comforts of home. Collin was extremely responsive during our stay when we had questions. Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility!

We only got to stay the night but my sister and I both agree it would be a great place to come and stay with a group of friends for a weekend!

The cabin was a perfect layout for our large family graduation celebration. Everything we needed and lots of room to spread out. The large kitchen farm table was a huge gathering spot, as well as the covered front porch (very useful as it rained nearly our entire stay). Mike and Amy made it even better by being highly responsive to our needs, ensuring a memorable event.

Hosted a group of 8 gentlemen for a long weekend “glamping” trip. This cabin has more than enough space and the perfect amenities. We spent the majority of our days nearby Ohiopyle state park (only a 25 minute drive) and relaxed during the evenings back at the cabin. The firepit was perfect for s’mores and fireside chats. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and Utensils which made grilling and cooking a breeze. Great host, great spot, and a great stay is to be had here!

We had a great stay. Being 5 minutes from Seven Springs was a huge plus. The place was very well stocked, we were amazed there was even a coffee grinder on hand! Hot tub was nicely oversized and Clinton was responsive when needed. The only concern we had was one of the bunk beds was so rickety the kids refused to sleep up top. Im sure this will be addressed and we'd love to stay here again.

Very nice cabin! Great scenic views. Very quiet and peaceful. House was stocked with everything we needed and then some. 10/10 would recommend.

The cabin was excellent. After golfing in the rain and wind on Saturday, we needed a nice cozy, comfortable place. The shower was nice and hot. The rooms were very welcoming and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again when we return for this annual golf outing next year.
