Very nice host and home

This place is wonderful. It was the most complete AirBnB where I have stayed. Highly recommended to anyone looking in the area. Craig and Janet are very friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. When in the area, or have visitors in the area, we will recommend this location.

Ben was a great host. Check in and check out was easy, he was helpful and responsive. The area is walkable and quaint. The home is clean and comfortable. We had a perfect first night but the second night was met with rowdy neighbors upstairs. This is out of the hosts’ control but be prepared that it is a lower level unit and subject to loud neighbors.

This was my second stay at Rivendell! That should tell the whole story. They did a wonderful job creating this beautiful get away!! My son was graduating from Clemson & we were only 6 minutes from his condo. Location was great for us! Everything we needed was in the apartment…iron & board, washer & dryer, stocked kitchenette, comfy bed & great linens!! We had our truck with us to bring all my son’s belongings home. The only negative was a tight driveway & turnaround (cars are fine) & the sign on the road was a little difficult to see. Highly recommend this lovely apartment!! Thanks Vernon, Maria & Dinah!!

Great spot for a weekend getaway with my wife. Easy walk into town and cool little sitting area next to the river. Kendra was extremely helpful with fun things going on and local insight. We would certainly stay there again when back in the area! Awesome trip!

Jack's place was fantastic! We were in town for our daughter's graduation at UNG. The location can not be beat and its just off the square…He thought of everything. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful coffee bar, with K cups, honey, condensed milk, cups and stirrers just to name a few… The sheets and comforter were super soft. The bed was soft and we loved it. The towels were great and the bathroom had all the little things you could ever forget…Toothpaste, toothbrushes, cotton balls, makeup wipes, and the list goes on…He thought of everything, including a wonderful eucalyptus shower mist that made taking a shower feel like you were in a spa. We knew the space was small from the other reviews but we wanted a king size bed. At first we thought…wow, this is small but we were so comfortable in the space that we just kept praising the thought that went into everything and it didn’t feel small at all. It was so much better than a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved Russ’s place cozy, private and close to everything. Russ was very friendly ma responsive. I would stay here again for sure .

Five Stars! I had a wonderful stay at Kimberly’s place. The location was perfect—quiet, private, and in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax. The home itself was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and felt very welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

A beautiful location and the home was very comfortable and met our needs. We enjoyed the large well stocked kitchen. The family room has comfortable furniture, although I would suggest end tables. One bedroom opens out upon a deck, which we all enjoyed the view. And finally I would like to mention Billy the cat. He showed up the first night during a thunderstorm frantic to get the house. We didn't accommodate him as we didn't think it was allowed. I feed him the next morning and every day afterwards and love his friendly demeanor. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This was such a cool cabin stay in the north Georgia mountains. Modern amenities like WiFi and Smart TV but also the ability to completely disconnect on one of the three porches! Honestly it was even better than the photos, when we arrived in person we were all SO impressed! The host is great and very communicative as well. The first couple times we drove up the driveway we had to go in reverse and try again because we didn't drive the car fast enough and the wheels were spinning in gravel, so do consider what type of car you bring. Worst case scenario, there is a paved road you can park alongside of and just walk up the gravel drive, though.

Loved our time here! The location is so central if you are looking to spend time in Clayton, Highlands, Dillard or Franklin. Within a few minutes to an hour, you have endless options. We hiked Black Rock which was beautiful… Horseback riding near Helen… Mountain roller-coaster in Highlands… so many good food options within 15 minutes. The host was great! The entire family agreed that we want to come back and stay at this property. Amazing location and such a nice home with the kind of mountain view we hoped for. Btw - maybe THE highlight for our kids - they loved the neighbor’s two Great Pyrenees dogs that patrolled the mountain. Two BIG sweethearts that kept an eye on things but also would come say hello (looking for a head scratch) from time to time. Leaving early in the morning, we had to stop the car so they could say goodbye.

This was by far our favorite AirBnB, ever! We would start again in a heart beat. Wonderful hosts with great communication! Even had an extra propane tank on hand which saved dinner on the first night! Loved the house so much, we actually cancelled our afternoon excursion just to stay in and enjoy games and a movie as a family. Great location! Beautiful views. Highly HIGHLY recommend this stay!

This is the second time we've taken advantage of Ashley and her family's hospitality. We have 2 kids (5 and 7) and a dog. The house is PERFECT for those ages. The entire upstairs is full of books, toys, etc. Our 7-year old got a kick of the neon rainbow sign in her room haha. It was pretty chilly so we didn't spend a TON of time outside in the mornings and evenings, but the kids loved the swing set, and the fenced-in area for our dog gave him plenty of room to run around and be a dog. We absolutely love Clayton, too. Great restaurants/bars/kid-friendly places/shopping, all of it. We've even been scouting the area for property of our own. Thank you, Ashley, for a lovely cozy home, being an amazing communicator, and wonderful host. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great place to stay if you want to get away. Quiet and peaceful. During the day listen to the birds and river flowing while sitting on the front porch reading a good book. At night watch the fire flies dace around the tress. Loved spending time in my hammock watching the river and the day drifting away. Had a great time unwinding.Will definitely repeat.

Everything was exceptional and I told so over and over because the place and the hosting exceeded my expectations which was her intent. She has brilliant touches in the home. Great kitchen for foodies. Warm clean blankets everywhere. Comfortable attractive inviting seating everywhere. A real gem. Will rent again. Inquire with Amanda. And rent from her as her vacation spot is unparalleled in my opinion.

We had such a great vacation at Olga’s place! She’s a great host ever, who provided with clear instruction how to get to property without any hassles and time consuming process. Check in was super easy. Once we entered the house we loved it from the very first step. Also liked convenient two-ways get in to the second floor, one from inside stairs, another -from outside steps. Everything was ready to welcoming us and so convenient to stay. Ideally working TV and internet. Comfortable rooms, beds and bathrooms. Some indoor playful amenities like pool table, mini soccer and even a basketball for kids. Washer and dryer, toiletries, hair dryer and iron are provided. Great outdoor area including gas grill, fire pit and chairs for relaxing and enjoying natural forest silence. Clean kitchen well-equipped with all necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cutting boards. We just enjoyed every day staying in this nice cozy cabin. Olga also provided with list of must see places. Thank you!

Glen’s place was perfect! Instructions for the house were very clear and helpful. Close to the lake and surrounded by a bunch of great amenities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend a stay at Glen’s.

Jennifer was a great host and her condo was perfectly situated in Sky Valley. It looked recently remodeled and the entire condo was spotless. The tub and bathroom was so clean, as well as the bedding, living room, kitchen, you name it. We loved our stay here and loved that it was quiet & peaceful, but not totally secluded. My husband and I felt really comfortable in the condo and enjoyed our time overall there. We didn’t super LOVE the sleep we got on the bed, but we prefer softer mattresses and sleeping on a king size bed, so I think that contributed to it. It felt like a great quality mattress though and I think others would love it. Loved this condo & I would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.

We could not have been happier with our stay in Sapphire, NC! We had never been before and when looking for places to stay, the Patrick’s condo stuck out to us, not just in value, but in location and accommodation! The resort we were able to enjoy made the pricing well worth it. Absolutely loved the views, scenic surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere. We will be back!
