Cottage vacation rentals in Rabun County

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. The hot tub was great for relaxing and we loved the lay out of the house. Appreciated the coffee supplies and snacks that were left, as well as Rebekah's notebook of recommended spots in town along with a large supply of travel guides and brochures to review when we arrived. Every little detail was much appreciated and we definitely felt right at home. Will return and will make it a girl's trip next time! Loved every minute!

I wish I could give this stay 10/5 stars! First of all, the directions to get up the mountain and locate this stay were extremely helpful and proactive. We travel a lot and you’d be surprised at the lack of this more often than not! The property itself is absolutely STUNNING. The views are immaculate and not to mention, every detail has been thought of - thank you Talia! From robes and slippers, all the kitchen necessities, to the “forgotten things” bathroom drawer, all the personal touches really made it feel like home. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The house is clean and the outdoor spaces were perfection. We enjoyed evening campfires roasting marshmallows, stargazing, and the hot tub was amazing! Would absolutely recommend this stay, and hope to be back in the future! Incredible getaway for couples, friends, or a family. Just book it!

Cabin was exactly as described in description from the front porch for sitting to the comfortable bed to the clean rooms. Owner answered every question quickly. If having any doubts about renting this cabin don’t it was perfect.

Had the best time at Reah’s amazing lake home. The description of the house is spot on. Perfect location for a getaway or small family retreat. Can’t wait to come back and visit. Mark

This place was amazing! The inside is decorated beautifully and the lake/dock area is perfect for those looking to relax. There are so many cozy areas inside and outside the house to unwind and enjoy the peacefulness. We wish we had more time here to just getaway and we will definitely be coming back in the summer when it is warmer!

Sylvie’s home was beautiful, filled with details that made it both functional and homey (eg, a full spice rack, and even lotion). We loved our stay and they even let us extend it for a reasonable fee. The location is amazing — tucked away with privacy, but very easy to get to all the beautiful attractions in the area. Thanks for your responsiveness and answering my questions along the way!

We loved our stay at the Red Hideaway! The house is adorable and Michael and Sydney were responsive and communicative everytime we needed it. They provided clear instructions about the house and recommendations for the area, it showed that they care a lot about making each stay the best possible. Definitely recommend!

Great home and hosts! The place was very clean and comfortable, I will definitely book again for our next trip. The driveway is a little steep and tight if pulling a trailer, but we made it work. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Glory View is a perfect name for Heather’s place. The house has the perfect view. So many upgrades and quality work. Perfect place for a family or just a couple. You have outdone yourselves and I recommend this spot for everyone! Such a happy positive place! I will be back!

The Jewel of the Woods - the pictures do not do it justice - it is so much more! It is beautiful and clean and so comfortable. We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying in this home!

This was one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. I can’t speak highly enough about this cottage and its surroundings. It was luxurious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. Close to town with great shops and restaurants, but also very private and serene. One of the best trips we have taken in a very long time. I can’t recommend this beautiful home enough.

What a wonderful property! We visited for our honeymoon and had such a lovely time. Spent a good chunk of our time in the loft, listening to the rain on the tin roof! The forest behind the house is beautiful. I learned that I really love baths while here, as it was a bit too chilly to use the outdoor shower. Didn't mind that at all and it was really nice to scrub down and soak in the tub. We loved how getting to Foxfire and Tallulah Gorge was very quick from this location. White Birch Provisions in Clayton is incredible and you should visit if you stay here. Overall was a fantastic time and we are so thankful we could experience this beautiful, magical place! <3

We loved staying here. We are 2 adults and a dog, and the cottage was cozy and inviting the second we walked in. It was spotless, with perfect little touches for us & our dog. It really felt like Ken & Margo thought about what we may need or want and went out of their way to have everything ready for us. The property is gorgeous, and our dog was in heaven exploring the yard and meeting the pets. The cottage couldn’t have been better for us!

Very quaint, very relaxing, gorgeous view of the lake from the big covered porch, close to a grocery and the surroundingarea has many outdoor activities.

Wow!! What a beautiful home!! My family and I had the best time at Heathers cottage. The hosts were so accommodating and flexible with their Checkin and checkout to allow us more time to spend together. The cottage was everything we expected and more. The kitchen, bathroom, and whole house itself was fully stocked with everything we could have imagined. We enjoyed everything! Thank you so much!

We can't say enough good things about Rene and Jackie's Hope House. The house and grounds were stunning, and when we arrived we were blown away with the quality of everything here! The little extras like toiletries, cookware, even walking sticks were so thoughtful. We loved walking the old vineyard grounds and cozying up to a warm fire at night. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy homemade meals in the beautiful kitchen. (I am now in love with the Viking gas range!) We were amazed at how peaceful and quiet the house was, if you are looking for a place to find serenity and reconnect with life, this is it. The bathroom is gorgeous and if you come here please do get in the tub! We're not usually bath people but WOW was it so nice to enjoy a relaxing hot bath after our hike at Tallulah falls. Surrounding area was awesome, Clayton is a fun town with lots to do nearby, especially if you like the outdoors! There is magic at the Hope House and we're so thankful we got to stay here.

Absolutely loved it! House was great. Had all the amenities. Great area, close to lots of activities. Rained our whole stay but we had a very relaxing visit with friends. Will go back!

Mike’s place has an amazing view!! If you stay here you must get up to see the sun rise! The host was nice and I enjoyed talking to him. The home was clean and very convenient to activities in Sky Valley and Highlands. We would stay here again.

Sarah’s place was the perfect getaway cottage for our visit to the Clayton, North GA mountain area. We felt tucked away in our own peaceful place, but it was so convenient to restaurants and shops. I love that it had 2 bedrooms with very comfortable King size beds. The linens were so soft and comfy too. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the area.

Cottage is very comfortable both inside and out. Beautiful antique decor is thoughtful, creative and detailed in every room. Enjoyed the patio daily. Kitchen is stocked for anything you would need. Host is helpful and responsive. Located close to main street with lots of shops and restaurants. Close drive to several falls.

Thank you for another wonderful stay at this Lake Burton treasure! This house has the most beautiful view of the lake and we love how peaceful and serene it is there! There is a lot to do in the area but we always find ourselves just settling in and relaxing on the dock or the water! We can’t wait to come back next year!

There were clear instructions for everything from finding the cottage to the labeled remotes. We felt right at home. The porch was our favorite part other than the fact my 2 year old could fit through the railing and it made me nervous. She had the things you may find yourself leaving behind just in case; very thoughtful. It was a tad on the expensive side but just about everything is now days. Overall a great experience.
