L'appartement etait parfait. Milieu de vie avec tout le necessaire (pas de serviette de plage ) le materiel etait propre. La vue est a couper le souffle sur la terrasse et dans le salon. Ce fut reposant et tres securitaire avec cour interieure spendide. Je recommande cet appartement a tous!! Merci Marco!

If you go to Sao Miguel, STAY HERE! The views alone make it totally worth it. The house is absolutely stunning, The beds were so comfortable, snacks were left for us, the house is stocked with everything you could want in a home stay but most importantly the reception from Welcome Buddy and the house owner brought this house to perfection. We had some bad luck with flights being cancelled and had to forgo part of our trip. The hosts were accommodating to our new plans in the most generous way. It was my daughters 25th birthday and they arranged a party with a chef and decorations for the most gorgeous wonderful dinner from the highest rated chef on the island. The weather was a big bummer for us but having this house and these people here made up for all of the weather. The island (at least when we went) is very humid so bring clothes that dry quickly. We will return to this house when we go back to Sao Miguel.

We stayed here for 10 days with our toddler and everything was perfect. The location is great and makes the entire island very accessible within max one hour drive. Grocery stores and amenities are very close by. There was private parking in the driveway for us and the entire place was so well thought out...nothing was missing. Communication and instructions were simple and clear. The location, home and backyard are perfect - especially for families.

This is the best place to stay in all of the Azores! The owners are the nicest people and have literally equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly need to make your stay on the island enjoyable. It is absolutely perfect for families as they even had toys, a baby bed, high chair, and rocking chair prepared for us. There is parking right in front of the complex, and it was super quiet. The hosts give you total privacy as we only saw them at check in and checkout, even though they lived right next door. They were also super responsive via the AirBNB chat for anything we needed. The apartment itself was also a perfect spot for making day trips because it's right in the middle of the island and only 15-minutes to most things in Punta Delgado. It was also so much bigger than it looked in the pictures. I thought it was just a studio apartment, but the kitchen is actually in a separate room. The bread and eggs were so thoughtful and made this a ten thousand star stay! :)

I’ve experienced all kinds of Airbnb hosts—some bad, some decent, and a few great ones. But none have come close to Daniel. He truly redefines what it means to be a host. From the moment we booked, Daniel went above and beyond—offering thoughtful local recommendations, answering every question promptly, and showing up immediately whenever we needed anything. Hello amis voyageurs. Nous étions 4 adultes entre 50 et 57 ans, sans enfants. Voyageurs très expérimentés..., randonneurs, surfeurs à nos heures et surtout : amateurs de belle et vierge nature, de découvertes en tout genre (architecture, art et cuisine locaux...) Selon nos goûts personnels, tout fût parfait! - Habitat : Type, confort, emplacement, calme... : excellent! - Relation avec l'hôte : excellente! Foncez découvrir cette île magnifique et merveilleuse de beauté avant qu'elle ne soit envahie par la foule touristique, dans 10 ans ou moins!

We would come back without second thought. Vitor's place was as described and we felt like home right away. Spacious, clean and nicely decorated kitchen (well equipped), living area and bedrooms. The place had all we needed for our 5 days stay. Host was very responsive, helpful and polite. Check in very smooth. We would recommend this place to our friends.

João is an excellent host, he provided us with the tips about how to best see Azores in the 4 days that we were there and was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is much larger than we expected, each room is spacious including the kitchen and the two bathrooms. Each room has a sliding door to the balcony the size of which is more like a terrace. The location is quiet and the downtown Ponta Delgada is accessible in 15 minutes of walking. Grocery stores are nearby. The apartment has everything to the last detail, nothing is amiss, down to the laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets., and Q-tips. And if you need anything, João is only a one text away.

I had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning — I ended up taking hundreds of photos. Even when it rained, sitting on the terrace made me feel like I was right on the beach, truly on vacation, and not just stuck in a room. A huge thank you to Ana for her warm hospitality, flexibility, and all the helpful information she provided. The apartment was just perfect as it is — cozy, comfortable, and very convenient, especially with a baby. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly a piece of heaven on earth. It was peaceful, beautiful, central and had everything we could have wanted for a perfect getaway. The property was stunning, but what made it even more special was Jose’s incredible hospitality. He gave us a full tour of the premises, sharing details about the fruit trees and how to harvest fresh fruit and eggs daily. He also brought us breakfast foods and helped us with rental car issues and recommendations for local spots. Jose’s kindness and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and warm, and we feel lucky to have crossed paths with him. We also adored the cat living on the property—so sweet, adorable, and friendly! He added extra charm to our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway in the Azores!

We spent 9 days in Carlos’s apt. The location is absolutely perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main square (city gates), and on walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and retail markets. Private parking is available which is a huge bonus. The apt is modern and very clean. There was not one thing the apt didn’t have that we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were just perfect and the bath towels large and fluffy. Better than most hotels! There is a 4 point locking system on the apt door that made us feel super safe. Carlos was a fantastic host, checking in with us mid week to see if we needed anything. He was kind enough to leave us some umbrellas for our stay. Definitely choose to stay here again on our return trip to Sao Miguel!

Álvaro was an amazing host, the area was beautiful and he was able to provide many recommendations on stuff to do in the area. For others like us who wanted to explore the whole island it is a great central location that can get you to all sides in under an hour. Definitely will be recommending to our friends and family who will be visiting the island, thanks Álvaro!

Very clean, close to the airport as well as the downtown area, only issue was getting inside with the key code as the door was finicky - but overall, would stay again and would recommend!

If we could give this place more than five stars, we would! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and feels so cozy. The view from all rooms over green fields, Ponta Delgada, and the Azorean mountains is simply breathtaking. Everything is as shown on the pictures. The location is a nice 20-30ish min walk to the town (more pleasant downhill however). The surroundings felt residential, quiet, and safe. Carla herself is an exceptional host: she went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in, answered our questions immediately, checked in with us throughout the stay, and even made the effort to help us book cafés and a ride to the airport. Her hospitality and generosity make her already nice place a real gem!

The space was fantastic for a family of five. Well positioned to walk everywhere. Having covered parking was a lifesaver as there is nowhere to park on the streets. Claudia was so nice and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!!

This was a very well situated home that felt private and secure. The unit was bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with basics needed. The bathrooms were clean and modern with plenty of toilet paper (could have used tissues). We were given 2 towels (one for home and one for beach/water activities) and a hand towel. I would have liked an extra towel for the week long stay. Storage in the bedrooms was great and loved the room darkening blinds! I personally felt the beds were too firm. The couch was equally as firm. For 2 people, the living room furniture was adequate but if you’re a group of 4 or more, there isn’t enough seating. The dining table seats plenty! The balcony furniture was great and my son loved lounging in the hammock and enjoying the surrounding beauty. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk with a decent restaurant on the beach. A rental car is a necessity to get around. Being centrally located meant easy access to all the island has to offer. Great stay!

Spacious apartmant with everything you might need. Place was very clean. Location was perfect, quiet town, centrally located. Having a dryer was a godsend because the island is very humid and it would take forever to dry clothes otherwise (we stayed with a child so we used washer/dryer a lot). Private parking space in front. Check in was smooth. Only thing, the blinds for the windows should be better, all the light came in the rooms despite of them (late sunset, lights from the street...).

Le logement de Moses correspondait exactement à la description. Il prenait les devants avec les directions et instructions tout était super clair, propre et sans problème. Très bon hôte et très bien situé!

Gorgeous home with breathtaking views, modern, clean, well kept, well appointed. Laundry a plus. Had eggs and wine available to us at check in! Parking is a little tricky to get through the gate and orient the car so that it is easier to drive out but we figured it out quickly. Great location near airport and restaurants. Luis was very proactive about towels and linens.

Great price and location. hosts were extremely responsive and allows us to check in early. If you're wanting to park in the garage, make sure to park up on the side just before you get to the address, otherwise you'll need to do a loop around as everything is one way. very lovely stay
