Logement très bien ensoleillé et éclairé ayant 2 balcons et un double living et se situant dans un quartier d'affaires. A proximité de restaurants, centre commercial, épicerie, centres de soins etc . Logement restauré à neuf et entièrement équipé. Il serait pertinent d'interagir avec les voyageurs pour les sensibiliser au respect à apporter aux voisins ( bruits et autres comportements dérangeants) Cet espace pourrait être utilisé également pour les ateliers de travail, yoga, méditation..

The apartment is perfect for couples, and business trips, a double room with a large terrace of 12 m² where you could enjoy moments of relaxation around a tea or a drink. The living room is a rest area (Smart-Tv + NETFLIX) and work area (desk + printer). Near the city center and the old Medina, the area is well served by transport and busy with small shops, bars and snacks.
