This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and jetty with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Bed linen is available, but for a 24-hour rental, we expect the guest to bring their own. Otherwise, it costs SEK 100 per bed. Paid directly to the host. Cleaning can be arranged for SEK 400. Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or the thriving Vallebygden. Lilla Lilleskog is also a great place to stay when you want to visit Skara Sommarland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Magnificent and varied nature with hiking trails nearby, cultural-historical surroundings and both beach and rock swimming. Sunny location from morning to night with hammocks between the fruit trees that provide shade when needed. Small flagging because the ceiling height on the 2nd floor is lower than standard. 2 km walkway to train connection. October-April, the house is rented out monthly for SEK 10,600 per month in "cold rent", i.e. the cost of heating and electricity is added.

The cottage is beautifully positioned with views over the mosaic landscape. In the centre of the mansion with open views over fields, Lake Vänern and pastures with grazing animals in direct connection to the living. Positioned 5 km from Läckö Castle, 9 km from Spiken's fishing village and 1km from the water. Pleasant cycle paths in the surroundings. The location is private & the house was completely restored during 2019. The decor is light & modern with a new kitchen & shower/toilet.

A large countryside home on a farm perfect for large families or a stay with friends. House style is preserved from the seventies with several rooms, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms rebuilt. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer as well as utensils. Two TV-rooms with basic Swedish channels equipped with chromecast and unlimited WiFi. A large yard is available with furniture and coal grill. Bed sheets is not included. Bring your own.

Comfortable cabin in quiet and scenic setting

Our cottage is open plan. Just outside the cottage, the pilgrimage trail and the biosphere trail head towards Spiken's fishing area and on to Läckö Castle. Distance to Spiken's fishing area is about 3 km and to Läckö Castle about 4 km. Kållandsö has many nice hiking trails in addition to the pilgrim trail and the biosphere trail. Läckö Castle and Spiken's fishing area are nice and nice excursions. On the other side of Kinneviken is Kinnekulle, which also has many nice excursions.

Welcome to the tranquility of the small cottage dating back to the 18th century! Just below Österplana heath and directly adjacent to the pilgrim trail, you will find the workers' home. Directly below the stairs, we are restoring a hay meadow and the view behind the meadow out over the field is magical. To Hällekis, where the Kinnekulle train stops, it is 4 km. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with us (11 kW) during your stay here.

Uggletorp's guest house by the forest

The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
