What a place!!!! What a view! The location, the atmosphere, the view, the hosts, the apartment itself. Everything was wow! Beautiful apartment with minimal but practical and fully functional furniture and amenities. Kitchen came stocked with dishes and other homeware that was useful - microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher and countertop water cooler/heater. The apartment was really clean and spacious for us (2 adults/3 kids 11,8,3). Super central and walkable to basically everywhere - 25 min from the shuk. Perfect beach location. Bonus for private parking! Shalev and Oren were both so responsive, helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Olivia was very responsive and helpful. I came to town for a conference and staying by her made it easy. The apartment is centrally located and still quiet. I was happy with the water pressure and there was so much hot water for a good shower after a long day. The unit is spacious. I will stay by her again!

Michael was a very responsive host. There was an issue with the door/lock when we checked in and he came by immediately to assess the issue and subsequently sent a locksmith over to fix the issue. The apartment is in an incredible neighborhood, walkable to multiple beaches and near tons of cute restaurants, cafes and bars. It was especially nice to have a private outdoor space. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and will definitely book again next time we are in town!

My first time in this very cute, high-spec new build in Florentine. The EZ operation is smooth and reliable. The apartments are very comfortable, well equipped, and on a quiet street (a big plus in TLV). The balcony is a lovely treat, and your sleep in the safe room will be undisturbed. Highly recommend 🙏

Hillel and Marcia were noth warm, friendly and super helpful in every way. Our stay was better than we expected, and they went the extra mile to help us on a number of occasions. The apartment had two luxury roof gardens on opposite sides, one facing east for the morning sun and the other facing west for the evening sun. We would definitely come again. We had an amazing time at Noa’s place at the Ritz. What can I say? It’s got all the luxury of the Ritz, with the pool, sauna, steam room access, the complete hotel vibe, amazing dining, proximity to the beach and surfing, and just an incredible suite. Top notch all around. My 2 year old had a blast and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Noa also made sure we were properly taken care of and made sure to reach out throughout our stay despite the hotel providing everything we needed, which I appreciated.

Just rhe perfect place to be in the neighborhood. Best location and all small details thought of, simply fantastic, well done Anya!

Excellent location, clean and quiet. We had all we needed to feel at home. There is a SPA and swimming pool in the building, we were so busy so unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it and we would like to come back.

This was a perfect location to the beach and great restaurants. The outdoor space surpassed our expectations and we could reach out to our host for a quick response. We will definitely be back!

Everything was really good and the apt has an amazing location. Easy to get everywhere. But more important, all the small details from Omer made us feel like at home!

Besides the beautiful and unusual modern design of the flat and great location, Elena is a generous, kind, and thoughtful host. She provided great pots, pans, and utensils to prepare meals. The refrigerator, the lighting, products for bathing...everything is good quality and there for you unlike so many other places. Every day I felt the touch of a host that responds to all questions quickly and wants you to have a great stay in her great city. Viva Tel Aviva!

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?

The apartment is very nice, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed staying there. It is in a very central location. Communication with David was very fast and friendly. Make sure we have everything and nothing is missing.
