The south facing villa with sea view is located in a quite part of the wonderful Prainha condominium. The house is equipped with A/C and offers 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom on ground floor and and 2 bedrooms on the first floor also with a separate bathroom. The roof terrace and the spacious garden provide plenty space to relax. With 3 pools in the condominium and the 200m distant beach all prerequisites for relaxing holidays are in place :)

Situated in the heart of Praia da Rocha, with the beach right in front of it, this 1 bedroom apartment has been one of my guests’s favorites for the last few years. It was fully refurbished and decorated to be my personal small gallery with some Ocean related photographs of my choice, to provide the best quality time during guest’s stay. The best place for short or even long stays with the Ocean view from the balcony.
