Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

Nice place, Clean, good location and worth the money. I had only two comments one as the elevator you need the security guard to give you the access to sometimes it is packed so you have to wait and his car does not work always .

Iter Preciado excellent host. Great communication and quick response I had arrived to Quito very late at night. So Iter Preciado gladly offered me ride from airport to the rental apartment. His place very modern and clean . Will definitely come back.

My stay was just spectacular, the best I've ever had. From the first moment, the host was kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever is required. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and all amenities one might need. The location is perfect - close to everything, but quiet enough to rest. 100% recommended for those looking for a memorable, comfortable and truly special experience, both individually and as a couple. I will definitely be back.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Nice place, large and comfortable rooms. The pool was where we enjoyed the most, as well as the barbecue area.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

An excellent place to rest! Nature at its best, large gardens and fruit trees for morning walks. The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The owners of the place are very friendly, they are always attentive to the needs of the guests! Highly recommended

Stayed here on my first trip to Quito and it was great. Had many restaurants and shops walking distance. Huge mall and park were also pretty close. Apartment was great, clean, and had everything we needed.

The place is beautiful, cozy and clean. Excellent location and pet friendly.

It was super clean. The amenities (spa/pool/sauna) were awesome. The host was extremely quick to respond. The space has a phenomenal view of the city -- three giant floor to ceiling windows are the wall. It is a bit on the small side -- would not recommend for families. But great for an individual or a couple.

Fabiola's apartment is located very close to the hospital where my uncle had surgery. Her kindness is excellent, everything is very good and recommended for those who like to visit the city. Excellent panoramic view. Highly recommended. Fabi is an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
