The house, with an old standard, consists of 2 large bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, one of which is a complete gourmet kitchen. In addition, there are parking spaces for cars on the large lawn, one of which is covered. Ideal for children and pets. Beach and leisure items are available. The house is very luxurious, with a swimming pool, "gourmet" space with air-conditioning, barbecue, TV and a lot of refinement for a special weekend. The beach is practically in front of the house. The house is easily accessible, close to the main street with several shops, bakeries and restaurants less than 5 minutes from the residence. Pool with waterfall and whirlpool. TV with YouTube and channels in the Gumert space. All three bedrooms are en-suites; one with a whirlpool. We have two bathrooms on the ground floor.

All exclusive use of the house. It is 2 minutes from Itapebussus beach, 5 minutes Lagoa Salgada, 25 minutes Praia do Paraíso. By car, 10 minutes away, we have Orla de Costa Azul, Baleia, Areias Negras, and Joana beaches. 30 minutes from Búzios.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The perfect union between the simple and the sophisticated. Huge en-suite with a balcony to relax and listen to the sea. Two other large rooms overlooking the leisure area. House with fine finishing and minimalist arrangement, so that the outdoor area can be privileged, consisting of an exuberant garden, graced by an interesting diversity of flowers and fruit trees. In addition to space with a NON-heated pool and barbecue area.

Relax and have fun with family and friends in this beautiful and cozy home! A perfect environment to spend incredible days in Rio das Ostras, with all the comfort and tranquility. There are 4 comfortable rooms, including a suite with a whirlpool and balcony. A yard with a complete gourmet area to enjoy a delicious barbecue or a real pizza in a wood-burning oven. Very well located, in a gated community, close to bakeries, markets, pharmacies and the best restaurants in the neighborhood.
