From the back and front upper story, you will be enchanted and engaged watching sunrises and sunsets from your deck with both Gulf and Bay views. The easy stroll to the beach is over a walkover. The house is situated on a very quiet dead-end street that gets minimal traffic. Restaurants are available within walking distance.

Close enough to town to experience the attractions like a water park, boardwalk amusement park, museums, water sports, nature, boating, or bay and gulf fishing. House has great open floor plan with lots of room, and roomy bedrooms. House includes a golf cart! $150 a day value...no cost!
