Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

This 3 Bed, 2 bath home sleeps 10 and will give your family a super comfortable place to enjoy your time away. There isn't a room in this house that doesn't give you a view of the gulf; inside or out, you'll have that vacation feel. Playground! Perfectly located within walking distance to several restaurants. Sorry No Pets!
