From the back and front upper story, you will be enchanted and engaged watching sunrises and sunsets from your deck with both Gulf and Bay views. The easy stroll to the beach is over a walkover. The house is situated on a very quiet dead-end street that gets minimal traffic. Restaurants are available within walking distance.

Crisp! Clean! Bright! This beauty was recently remodeled and feels like new. 2 minute walk to the beach, take the house golf cart (free!), or drive a few seconds. Groceries are very close too. Close enough to town to experience the attractions like a water park, boardwalk amusement park, museums, water sports, nature, boating, or bay and gulf fishing. House has great open floor plan with lots of room, and roomy bedrooms. House includes a golf cart! $150 a day value...no cost!

What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
