We are in the hill hope, a privileged place, since we are between vineyard of the sea and valparaiso; to 10 min of center of valparaiso and to 15 minutes of the center of vineyard of the sea. Close to beaches and all the attractions that the city has. It has easy access by public transport.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
