Vacation rentals with a patio in Quinta Normal

For those looking for a well-centralized apartment, with several options of restaurants and snack bars, markets, this is ideal. It is close to the subway station, the distance to the city tour is less than 1 km. Everything we needed was around us, I spent 5 days and didn't use a car for anything. Extremely clean environment and Ivan responded super fast, clearly and cordially. Thank you so much, I'll be back soon, congratulations on the great apartment.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

My parents are the ones who stayed, and they told me that they were very comfortable in the accommodation, the apartment was clean, a safe place. Steps from the subway, and steps from the places they needed to visit on this trip to Santiago. Totally recommended!!

It is a cozy place, in a quiet area with a great location to go to Movistar Arena, Fantacilandia, etc. the host responds promptly to any questions, very attentive.

Jorge was super flexible and communicative! We were very stressed when we changed flights and Jorge allowed us to check in late at night. Jorge was very nice and I recommend this home!

The place is just as in the photos, it had everything you need to be able to have a normal day as at home, at night a good view, the bed was very comfortable, everything was perfectly clean and tidy, the host was attentive even at dawn, so a 7, 100% recommended

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and also leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andres mountain range, it is heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt right at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, air-conditioned environment, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful host and attentive! Accommodation just as seen in the photos! Jessica's service was excellent. We didn't have to bother her throughout our stay because everything was as advertised and more! The location is perfect for not using the car and walking to the mall or green spaces. He allowed us to check out a little later, which we also really appreciate! I would definitely go back!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
