Welcome to our family home located in Quinéville in Cotentin. Here, everything is in place to make your stay a pleasant one for families or groups of friends. Elegantly decorated, our house includes a large living room with an open kitchen, a living room and a dining room. Two terraces open to the garden, a laundry room as well as a jacuzzi and shower. Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and walk-in closets, a bathroom and a living room/workspace.

Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Villa "Les Mouettes" Omaha Beach

The "Villa les Mouettes" is an Anglo-Norman style family house, accommodating up to 9 people. It will be an excellent base for a stay with family, friends or a couple; the Chemin des Fossés Taillis provides access to Omaha Beach in about ten minutes on foot. The location also allows you to visit all the landing sites and enjoy the tranquility of the Normandy countryside.
