Living room fireplace and dining room of 54 m², a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom toilet. 1st floor 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, 2nd bedroom same configuration, shower room and toilet. Possibility of 12 people with the sofa bed in the dining room. A south-facing garden with terrace, another garden behind the house, all fenced.

The house is located in a typical village of the wild coast (National Park) in the town of Quiberon. In the heart of the flora and a few steps from the coast (300m from the Beach Front), the show is continuous in summer as in winter. You can relax in peace while enjoying the many activities offered on the peninsula (Sailing, Boat, surfing and all water and Beach activities, horse riding, cycling, amazing views...). From Quiberon you can go to visit the Islands of Belle-île, Houat and Hoëdic.

The bed is prepared and cleaning is scheduled at the end of the stay. The house can accommodate a couple with a baby.

Our south-facing stone house in Groisillon will welcome you with all its comfort and large terrace. You will only have to go down the street to get to the small beach of Locmaria, a pretty village in the south of the island. You can reach the coastal trails on either side of the village for walks or hikes, go to the splendid beach of Grands Sables or enjoy the market and shops in the main village (10 minutes by bike).
